A good experience. We were all hoping for a quick repair and it was on track for that but still had a drip when all was done. Old home different valve. Manuel and Haden troubleshooted and treated my home as it was theirs. Had to be fixed, had to be right. They did get it done and works well. Finish was clean and Haden showed me everything that was done. Really good service.

My water issue was found and serviced quickly by Antonio who was friendly and professional.

Timely, professional and knowledgeable.
Issue is the unnecessary steps and complications of submitting a claim on the Home Warranty site. Almost makes it seem like it’s intentionally difficult to reduce submittals.

The company was sent by American Home Shield to evaluate and replace my leaking water heater. They claimed that $1,040 of noncovered repairs needed to be done. These included:
1. A new drain pan $65 (available for $22 at Home Depot)
2. Replace the flue $100 (not needed)
3. Replace the gas line $100 (not needed, but available for $26 at Home Depot).
4 Connect the drain line $175 (this should be part of replacing a water heater)
5. Replace the water lines $300 (not needed but available for $47 at Home Depot)
6. "Bring everything up to code" $300 (what wasn't up to code already?)

Needless to say, I did not ue this company.

My Home Warranty Co.has sent me many plumbers over the years. This is the first time that I have been incredibly impressed with any of them. Anytime Home Services is efficient, effective and makes the home visit easy. Trent, the plumber, did an incredible job in taking care of my garbage disposal. He was efficient, effective and quickly took care of my problem. He was in an out in about 20 minutes total (if even that long). He was also very polite and just a great guy! I will ALWAYS ask for this company with any other needs.

Patrick initially let us know he was running late. When arrived was very thorough and explained everything he was looking for. Spent extra time looking for any issues.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Anytime Home Service!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Anytime Home Service for a repair job in my home, and I must say it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

First and foremost, the service I received from Anytime Home Service was nothing short of abysmal. It was clear from the moment their so-called "technician" arrived that he was not qualified to perform the job. His lack of knowledge and expertise were immediately evident, and it left me questioning how this company even hires their employees.

Not only did the technician lack the necessary qualifications, but it was painfully obvious that he had no idea how to identify or fix the problem I was experiencing. Instead of admitting his incompetence, he resorted to making up a series of excuses and fabricated issues that had no basis in reality. It was not only unprofessional but also insulting to my intelligence as a customer.

My water heater broke, the tech came out to inspect and he concluded “it wasn’t lit correctly”. He lit it, didn’t inspect anything and was on the road 15 minutes later.
I checked the water heater about 30 minutes later and it was off with a gas aroma around the area. Three weeks later we’re still waiting on a part that they want to replace on a 1992 water heater. They don’t call to give us updates or anything.

Patrick was amazing and efficient! He problem solved the issue quickly and found the correct parts to fix the leak and the broken assembly. Would definitely recommend to others and have back again!

Customer beware! I never post reviews but am compelled to do so with these guys. Unprofessional, unethical, and will create problems to be able to charge more. They take advantage of the fact that they can convince the customer that there is a problem when there actually isn't, and get paid hundreds more. They will also leave you hanging to create a situation where you will be forced to use them by paying more. Stay away from this unethical business. There are many plumbing companies out there and you'd be better off going with one of them. Or you can learn the hard way with these guys.

They came to us via our home warranty. So far they have installed a new water heater and fixed a broken pipe in my ceiling. That are always on time and are very friendly.

This company was chosen by our home warranty, and what a complete waste of time. The tech they sent was completely worthless, did nothing, and here I am still having the same issues that I've had with no solution in sight. GO ELSEWERE!

I initially had a good experience with this company. In the end the service man lied and attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace plumbing less than 5 months old. I will not use again
