I have had the unit going on 3 yrs now. When I hit the point in my life where I had to literally pack it all up, I was nervous and devastated, and really needed to get a storage. Ina was one of the very first people to help me thru this time by just being one of the best customer service rep I have come across (my having 20+ yrs in retail). She has always been the upmost help since day one. She is always friendly, always direct, and she still cards me when I make a payment for keys lol showing her dedication to rules and regulations. I was helped by Ina I was at first really nervous with it being my first time storing my belongings anywhere however, the signing up process was a piece of cake!
