22Went in for a new driver's license and it was smooth sailing. Everyone was friendly and we finished fairly quickly! The fastest I've ever dealt with the DMV!
I was literally in and out for vehicle registration. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient.what more can you ask from a state government agency?
Appointment @11: 00am got out at 12: 30. Two people short. Everyone going to lunch while the building is filled with waiting people.
If I could leave no stars I would. They are ABSOLUTELY RUDE! VERY unorganized, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the one in mesa or really anywhere but here! I feel like everyone in here hates their job and they want to embarrass you and laugh about it. Do not go here.
I guess I have to stop bashing the MVD.haven’t been here for years and this place is way different. Friendly staff eager to help and very efficient. We showed up for an appointment on the wrong day and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Their interaction with customers as they came into the building is amazing. Great job Michelle S!
Never again will i deal with MVD they have no clue what they are doing. They told me the vin to my trailer doesn't exist, when MVS and pinal treasury office was able to pull it right up. I will go to MVS for all my future needs they have never failed me. No wonder people hate going to the MVD!
I had to make 4 trips due to misinformation, from now on I will go to the MVD in Mesa on Auto Dr. Close to Greenfield and the 60. Much more professional and efficient staff.
Friendly Staff and Fast service. Had to update my drivers license photo & address, the entire process took 20 minutes with quite a few people ahead of me. Thank you
Love how it says they're open right now on line but you go to the building and the door is locked with a sign that says they'll be open at noon?
Always quick in and out visit once you've made 4-5 trips there with the disinformation the workers provide you with. You only need this document. Oh wait.on this visit you also need.and then oh yeah this one too. And yes. I had everything I needed according to the website.
Applied for a Travel ID in person after reviewing the required documents PRIOR to visiting the Apache Junction MVD. Having all the necessary documents made the application process. QUICK and EFFICIENT. The requirements are all spelled out on the MVD website ALONG WITH THE BEST TIMES TO VISIT. `
I went in today to take my written test but noticed i forgot my paperwork at home. So it wouldnt have been a wasted trip i ask the blonde hair front dest lady that i heard the the written test can be taken online come the 5th of march. I asked her if id be able to take my written online to and real snotty she looked at me with a bad attitude what you dont have a license and i told her no. With a attitude she said your type can take a can take the written test on line. Hopefully you guys can pass it. This is going to be my sixth time there and 2 of the times being there her attitude is very bad. Everytime i go there i hope that i dont have to deal with her. She needs to stop being rude or put her were she doesnt deal with people.
Very fast and customer service is great. They have made it where waiting at the DMV is productive and easy.
Staff were so friendly, helpful and quick. Plus free WiFi whilst you're there! What's not to like? !
If I could give Tammy at the Apache Junction MVD a 0, I would. She was not helpful, rude, called me a jerk and over charged us for the $2 renewal fee for my daughter Learner's Permit. She charged us $7. I can't believe how rudely we were treated! And we are used to lazy rude public workers, being from Illinois. I hope she is disaplined and thought how to better handle the tax paying customers that pay her salary! I will never recommend this location!
Lost all forms of I. D, had Agent Smith hire a Matrix Global Badge, removed all deformities from my tanks standards. LEARNED TO FLY, DODGE AND WARP IN ANYTHING. For the acquired concerns.
The Driving instructor was horrible. Failed my daughter for not backing far enough up into the space in the middle of her three point turn. Walked up to her door, told her she failed and he would meet her inside. She didn't hit a cone or steer out of her lane.the test wasn't even over yet. WHAT? No explanation, no emotion, no eye contact, mumbled when he spoke. Terrible choice for someone to interact with children. That guy needs a vacation or a new job because it's extremely obvious he hates it. Rescheduled her next test at another location. Giving two stars because the employees inside were actually terrific! So I would recommend dealing with anyone inside.however, take your road test somewhere else.
There system was done from 210 and never want back up today how come you can't get it done here have people coming in and have to come back its like the state lazy people who want a pay check and don't do anything for it
This is a seriously busy place, but the staff are all friendly, which is hard to find these days.
Waited in line forever to be sent away for more info that was not clearly stated on website. The employee told me to blame homeland security. Take ownership, please.
