I've never seen an individual so stressed out, slamming phones left to right. It was kinda funny, though

Had to call out one of their workers Dave Lozada for self reviewing the business. Reported it to Google so hopefully they see and delete it. Dude's one of the most disrespectful individuals I've ever encountered, and nearly wrecked my car towing it out of the yard, the AAA guy who came to help me even commented on how bad of a driver he is. His comment about not having an attitude and being nice to people is pretty ironic, since those are behaviors he should work on and teach his own children. I'd say avoid this place, but if you're in an accident, you may not have a choice!

I run a towing service and this place is absolutely the worst towing company to have your vehicle impounded/towed. I have never in my career of towing had to deal with a place like this. The two guys up front need an ego check they literally will wait in silence until you ask what’s going on and their response is I’m waiting for payment or anything that is needed to have the vehicle released. I guess you have to be able to read minds to get anything done with them. I have never had any issues with Apache Sands’ other office. This place is a joke.

Horrible customer service in office. I tried to get pictures of my vehicle for my claims insurance and it was horrible. I couldn’t get access to the car because my registration was in the car and because I couldn’t tell him where it was, I couldn’t get access or even allow me to get it. I drove a hour to get here only to be faced with problems. I called b4 coming and nobody answered the phone which would have saved me a trip. I also asked for the man’s name and he wouldn’t even give it to me. Attitude was horrible. Idk why he works there because he’s bring ur business down. It’s crazy how youcan’t pick what tow yard your vehicle goes to because I would have never picked this one. I just got into a car accident, you dont have to kick me when I’m already down. People just don’t believe in customer service anymore. The attitude and rudeness was nt needed at all. Tow yard on pioneer is HORRIBLE.

I picked up a vehicle for a client of mine over at there Gilbert location. There counter guys are not professional and very rude.

Impatient, disrespectful, unprofessional management. Entitled staff members that make you feel not welcomed.
