Applebee's Grill + Bar, Phoenix AZ

We came here on 12/23/20. Food was good. But bathrooms smelled like a strong odor of piss. It was unbearable. The plates they put on our table were dirty. We had to re clean the plates ourselves. That also ruins our experience. And they charge for extra ranch. I asked olivia for more ranch and she said "we have to charge you for it". That's stupid.

My favorite place to eat (besides my kitchen) when I want a variety of things. Spinach dip, oh my goodness! ️

Had terrible service but food was great. It was not busy at 2 pm. Server came quickly to take order but when waiting for check she another gal and Mgr.sitting at bar ignoring us. Then when they did come over Mgr.made excuses for her and bad. We are not cheap tippers but in this case 2 cents. Will not go back.

Horrible place! Staff do not care about guests. Hosts just sit and gossip about their work load and guests. Too many mistakes when it comes to ordering, they seem to be upset, like it's our fault. I like Applebees so I travel across town to 44th and Thomas where they actually like their guests. And don't get me started on their dress code!

I was not expecting this but I can honestly say that was the best steak ive ever had. I know its applebees but it was SO good.

Food was on point, service was on point, our waitress was amazing. Atmosphere was nice and subtle. Had a really nice time enjoying dinner with good friends. Definitely will make a return to this location in the future.

The food was great and the service was good! It's your typical Applebees. The $14.99 ayce deal now includes nicely sized breaded shrimp. The riblets are tastey and so are the chicken tenders. Clean. Cozy. Nice atmosphere. They still have a large variety of cocktails and beers on draft.

The best location in all of AZ, the workers are always friendly, warming, make sure your needs are taken care of. The atmosphere is great!

Friendly place good food good staff more expensive then they lead you to beleave on tv. But still not that expensive to enjoy a few cocktails watch whatever game is on. The pay at the table thing is why only four stars.

What I found out today is, after going to applebees for 10 years plus, is they now charge 50 cent for ranch with wings. Hope this heads up help, because they will not tell you before hand.

The waitress was rude af, each time we asked a question she started to walk away from the table as she was answerin as if we annoyed her. Uhm, nobody especially meh, told you to get a job waiting on meh. So, neway homegurl needs a klass or 2 on how to get ur mind rt, even if you havin a bad day, SMH dnt take it out meh, plz n ty

I went with my parents two nights ago and this location is the best one, the food is always good, as well as the costumer service, Jessel was our waitress and she was super nice and even talked to us in Spanish since my mom feels more comfortable talking in Spanish, great location!

Had a bourbon shrimp and chicken - it was good to my tastebuds! ! And a nice size onion-rings appetizer! The ladies I went with enjoyed their meals also. I got one half of the two for twenty deals! I thought that was a nice price for what we got!

She ignored me from the time I came in at 3pm.until 310.then for the next 45m.she stated to other patrons she was NOT a day person and usually works nites. Wish it was dark out! This lady brought my food and ticket in 1 lol WOW.hello i just started eating and enjoying these $1 drinks.we wont discuss how she ran out of apple and insisted i drink cherry! Ended up with 3 tickets by time i DECIDED I was finished.was she rushing me from her area?

Awesome staff! We had pancake breakfast fundraisers here and it was a pleasure to work with the cooks they were very helpful and manager as well. Would highly recommend this to any other fundraiser events.

The waitress was awful, awful, awful. We sat in a Booth for dinner by the front door on the upper level, and she kept forgetting all of our things, and we had to wait 10 minutes for sauces and more drinks, it was really, really bad.she was talking way too much to the couple next to us and paid very, very little attention to her other tables.we will not be back.

Applebees makes really good Irish trash cans but it's not on the menu, so you will need to pull it up on your phone to show the bartender how to make it

They are prompt, just don't expect that during happy hour. If you don't know when a restaurant gets busy that it will take longer for service then you are being unrealistic. There's a lot of people in the world!

The food is essentially gussied up fast food, but the beer prices are good and the service and other customers make it a very fun environment.

I'm not a big fan chain restaurants and Applebee's was low on that list for years. Recently my family decided to go there and give it a try. This location was pretty good! Solid service and the food was tasty. Will definitely go again from time to time.
