Applebee's Grill + Bar, Glendale AZ

Very quiet place we were one of only three tables occupied the entire hour we were there. Waitress did bring me a free brownie and ice cream for my birthday and I didn't even have to prove it was my day. Awesome

Worst food I've ever tasted in my entire life. The waitress was nice, but not very attentive. Keep in mind, the place was not packed either. The sirloin steak was so hard, that not even my dogs would eat it.

The table was sticky and the seats had food on them. The floor underneath the table was dirty. Not mention the restaurant smelled. When I received my chicken nachos they were cold. My aunts food was undercooked. Our server was nice but it didn't help with the overall experience.

Food and service was great and just sit in the booths and when I got up and have my back hurt in the seats are very low and not well maintained

Horrible service! Went there to celebrate my husbands birthday and first thing we noticed was that their air conditioning isn’t working it feels hot and muggy. I order a medium well steak and after waiting for more than an hour they brought us our food that was still bleeding. I spoke to a female manager (Stephanie?) and I was just told “ looks like it needs to be cooked longer” We asked to be sat out of the way due to us having a car seat for our baby and the girl sat us infront of the path where everyone walks and then tells me it’s ok. Horrible service and horrible management.don’t go here!

I normally go to the one on Bell with no problems. But apparently the manager that was working the other night didn't want to honor happy hour pricing with takeout. So I called this one instead. No problems. Can't complain. Even gave me my vet discount.

Worse happy hour. Of all time never going back for drinks.they must of had a new bar tender or ran out of alcohol because I was drinking pure mix.gross

Had a fantastic dinner. Chelsea was an amazing waitress. Great personality. Great service. Thank you.

Too noisy! Steak was courts n gritty, very poor quality. Waiter more interested in his tip than my service. Sat for 10 minutes waiting for utensils & napkin AFTER meal was served?

Applebee's is pretty good most of the time. Sometimes just like anywhere you get a meal that's not very good. The service is good and you get a seat pretty quickly.

Courteous customer service and good food. The chicken salad was delicious. The place appeared clean and had a good vibe about it.

The waiter was great.the boneless wings were nice and crispy, the burger was juicy. I got the frozen margarita with strawberry flavor. They didnt mind us playing uno. It was a fun night with good and drinks

Always like getting their unlimited soup & salad for a late lunch. Food is pretty consistent and staff are friendly and helpful

Granted it was Father's day, but our food was cold when we finally received it. Our kids didn't get a refill for about 20 min after we asked for it. Holidays are usually busy, staff accordingly.

I know it was busy but only got check one one time about the food my friend ordered his hamburger well done no pink but after a few bites it was pink. Was going to order dessert but was never given the chance or the option. My advice go to a different Applebee's all together. The only good thing that came from that night was that they took the hamburger off order but customer service was extremely lacking for that establishment.

Poor customer service seem like it took a long time to get seated and the younger generation wanted to be on their cell phones constantly instead of actually doing their jobs as a customer service representative

Disappointed, it took me 34 minutes to get my food. I asked for no pink it was burnt on the bottom crunchy burnt. I sat there when I was done looking at the menu and servers walked by not acknowledging me. Finally my server came by. She was nice.

Our waitress was cool. She checked on us asked if everything was good. She even stated we should come back weekly to be her regulars.

I have not been to apples since last year! We went yeaterday at happy hour.we sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one waited on us? Then another 4 people came in after us and got waited on then another table. So i left my table and went to the hostess and said do you know who our waitress is? She said no.she was a young teen so im sure she didnt care well i was concerned we were going to miss happy hour.low and behold our waiter is the guy thats been helping everyone else except us! He said can i get your order i said sure can i still get happy hour he said of course.then i stated to him ok thats good.i told him you know we were here before these people I dont think he really cared because i know he was busy! Long story short he said this lady will now help you she took our order and we never saw her again 55 minuutes later we Flagged down our first so called waiter asked for a ticket since computerized do it yourself thing didnt work.i lost my appetite and since i never got a refill couldnt enjoy my food.food was ok not great but we did get big portions.not sure if we will go back.

A+ Spinach dip with chips, server was awesome and understanding to my allergies to citrus. She made sure none of my food touched citrus at all. All the tv's with different sports is pretty cool. Upbeat staff and always smiling
