Appliance Parts Company reviews
12Huge Inventory Nice customer service. Mr Sergio went above and beyond to help me out to find the parts I needed
Hate leaving a negative review, especially when the staff is so friendly, but have to leave an honest review. I called and put in an order for a part I needed for my stove. Was told it needed to be ordered and would be 4 to 6 business days before the part arrived. They took my name and phone number and said they’d call. Two weeks later I called back because I hadn’t heard anything and they couldn’t find the order. Unfortunately one of the staff dropped the ball and did not put my order in. I was very excited because the location is near me and their price was unbeatable. Instead I am going elsewhere and paying 30% more, but at least the part is in stock and I’ll finally have use of my oven again!
Store is clean and has good stock but prices are double and service and attitude of employees are awful. For those reasons I won’t go back or recommend.
Friendly, professional and courteous service. I keep going back anytime I have any appliance repair needs.
I looked everywhere online and was going to have to wait a week for a heating element for my stove. I lucked out and found this place and within 20min I had the exact part I needed. Stove works perfect now and my reward is chicken parmesan. The guys working found my part in a minute or two. Even gave me a little break on the price. Great place for appliance parts.
Great fast service! Went in with my lg solenoid and he got the part super fast. My dad has been coming here for years and I suspect I will be too! Jerry is a friendly caring guy who is willing to help. Thank you!
BUYER BEWARE. Unbelievable a store can like this can stay in business with their attitude and policies.
I went to get a drain pump for my Samsung washer, gave them the model number and they brought up the pump to purchase. I went home to install it and when I turned on the washer, it started leaking all over my floor. Please note my washer has never leaked before, and we concluded that the replacement pump was the cause. I went back to return it and they brought out a new pump and we installed it to the pump housing while in the store. We poured a little water in it in the store, and it started leaking in the same area as the first one. The salesperson proceeds to tell me I have a bad housing. It was not!
He now tells me they have a Samsung pump that matches my washer. I said great.lets try that one. He tells me "can't do that sir until you actually buy it". And also tells me that they will not credit me for the first pump towards the new Samsung pump.
Bottom line is the experts that they are (Obviously not) sold me a pump that does not work, and will only exchange it for the same exact make & model. Brilliant! Now I am stuck with pump that is totally worthless to me. Why didn't this inept salesperson sell me the Samsung pump Or least mention it as an option to purchase in the first place?
I was so frustrated I left. I then went to an appliance parts store down the road, bought the Samsung drain pump, installed it and it worked perfectly. I guess my pump housing was not the problem after all.

Worst customer service ever. Person answering phone was extremely rude and seemed like I was bothering him to be calling asking for a part. Will NEVER use this company.
I've called them several times and been in the store several times and they've always been prompt and helpful.
Professional courteous service and good inventory. Reasonable pricing. Excellent source for DIY repair parts.
Ive been there three times. They don't stock common parts but are happy to tell you they can order. I can order online too.so why do I need them.
Does not stock a common gasket - must order, then 2-3 weeks delay, at cost of $84 (vs. $37 online) - PLUS installation (my wife can replace this simple part). Pretty much of a ripoff, price wise. No wonder appliance service companies like this one force the public to seek alternatives. Bottom line, if you order on the internet and hire the most expensive installer in the business you will still save a TON of money (about 200%!)... What do you think?
