He explained each step of the process, fixed our issue quickly and efficiently, and was able to offer suggestions for how to avoid the issue in the future. Chris knows his trade well and is honest and fair. He definitely turned my bad day of septic explosion around with his upbeat attitude and genuine care. Used Chris to get a QUOTE on a 450GPD system. He was great at beginning, but it quickly changed. He applied for Permits on a 300GPD without telling us and then sends us an invoice for a 300GPD system. When I asked him why we are not getting the 450GPD system he quoted, he tried to raise the price on us by a few thousand dollars and came up with a TON of excuses. Then he states, "well, we have nothing in writing". I figured he was a guy that you could trust his handshake, but I quickly saw that wasn't the truth. We cancelled working with him and I highly caution you that if you use him, make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Not to be trusted. The worst part, he is a neighbor here in Doney.
