Timing is everything, most times timing is bad. Extended waits times on hold, well over 11 minutes. I usually hang up and call hours later.
I also had to do a pickup, they say call when you are in the parking lot as they don't allow you in the building. Again, called and was on hold over 12 minutes and was fortunately able to stop an employee that came out to assist someone else, they were a little rude until I showed them my phone that I'd been on hold 12 minutes.
Terrible communication, hard to deal with. State of the healthcare industry these days, all healthcare providers are in the same situation.

Apria in Tucson is a 5 star place for me! The staff was very friendly, responsive and my equipment arrived quickly.

Overall pretty good with a few glitches, received a call from cpap monitoring at apria, told to call back, left my number but didn't call back.i do have? Initial order was delayed, then wrong mask se t. Local people fixed that.

If you don't like it turn it off.

I was without my cpap machine from 21 November until 6 January, not all that time was Apria fault, but some of the time was just poor communication with Apria representative.
I received a new machine, new hose, but no mask.
Then when I did receive a mask, it was not the mask requested, or the mask my Doctor had prescribed.
After waiting during the New Year holiday, I did receive the right mask, and was finally getting a good nights sleep.
If sleep apnia is so dangerous, then why does more representatives
not take it more serious.

I have left several messages and no one returns calls. I left a post on YELP and I got a call from their Social Media Department right away. Still waiting for a return call from Local.
I was finally able to get my Bipap machine in March. I had to meet a rep in the parking lot in order to get my machine. I had to sign for it on a Ipad or tablet. Needless to say, I did not read through all of the pages because scrolling through it was very difficult. I just assumed that it would be like the other 2 machines that I had gotten from Apria. Big mistake! My credit card got hit for over $2000.00 in AUGUST! I was never given an invoice. I was never given a receipt. I was never contacted by phone. I contacted Apria today and obtained a copy of the contract. It states specifically that they would communicate with me by phone. Never happened. I have read the sales agreement over several times and nowhere does it have a price listed. If I had known that they were going to charge me $2000.00 for it, I would never have gotten it. I am disabled and cannot afford this. I called the billing department and asked for all invoices from March to date. The gentleman that I spoke to was able to see everything on my account and was giving me numbers but when I asked him to send me copies, he said that it would take 4 to 5 business days. What the heck? I am now looking at filing a lawsuit. I will post again after I have things settled. IT IS NOW 1/9/22 I PAID { OUT OF POCKET FOR THIS MACHIN. A COUPLE MONTHS AGO}. LOOKING AT MY INSURANCE, THEY WERE RECENTLY CHARGED OVER $800.00 FOR RENTAL OF THIS MACHINE. THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD AGOINST SOCIAL SECURITY AS I AM DISABLED. MY INSURANCE SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED AND CHARGED FOR A MOCHINE THAT I OWN. I WILL BE FILING WITH THE ATORNEY GENERALS OFFICE WITHIN THE WEEK.

My CPAP device was delivered quickly and received in excellent condition. I was able to set the machine up with the assistance from the suggested app. I look forward to a friendly and long term relationship with April.

Equipment seems to work well but website needs work. I've tried to get on the watch the videos or look at the content and it's too glitchy. Keeps reloading and links go to black pages.

After dealing with this company only for a short period of time, even after providing my new insurance provider, they decided to terminate services.also after numerous calls, i get hung up on. Never again will i use these people.

The Apria technician was at our house within an hour of my release from the hospital. He brought the oxygen concentrator, a large tank in case of a power page and two smaller tanks for when I leave the house. He was very efficient, preset all the tank regulators to the dosage I need and was very thorough in explaining use of all the equipment. A very pleasant man who made us feel comfortable in a new and unfamiliar situation.

Called on 05/11 about replacement of my CPAP. Marylee was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She offered me a way to proceed with my needs.

This place is terrible. If you have respiratory issues go elsewhere. They do not call you back. Always busy with something else though not sure what. Don't even keep the proper information under your name.

Apria Billing Dept.cannot get it right.continuously billing for a paid off machine. Insurance told them and they continue to do it. Insurance denies these claims but I am billed monthly for copay. Long phone wait to speak someone and always out of country, and have to explain to them to pull the EOB and match it with the bill, Goods are fine but I hate them for the continuous billing nightmare.

If you can avoid this company do so! I've dealt with them for 20 years & it's ALWAYS a nightmare. (My insurance contracts with them so I'm stuck.) Been trying to get a new functional CPAP for almost 4 months. After leaving messages (never got a return call) for 2 months they simply denied ever receiving a new Rx from my Dr. Then an employee told me he actually found it, sent 2 months earlier, in their fax room. He also assured me I'd hear from them by the end of the day. Wrong! After leaving numerous messages that were never returned, I finally got an employee who told me my Rx was invalid because it didn't contain settings, & it was up to ME to have my Dr send a new one. My Dr sent one that day, yet 2 weeks later, Apria again denied receiving it. Every employee gives you a different answer. I finally gave up & called my insurance company. They called Apria & were told all was fine, they had my valid Rx & I would hear from them within a week. Even though just minutes earlier the same office told me they had no valid Rx from my Dr! You can't even email or call Apria's complaint resolution desk without 1st filling out a form waiving arbitration. That tells you everything you need to know.

My insurance would not cover my CPAP through this company I always went through them before so I took the machine back to them when the insurance wouldn't pay for it and now they're billing me over $800 for a machine I don't have
