Kids love this swim school, very friendly staff, flexible if you can’t attend the session. Little expensive though

This location took my $300+ and never transferred it my new aqua tots school location. Both are in Phoenix. Never trust this place with money and customer experience

Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job with the kids. I definitely recommend starting your kids with lessons here from when they are babies.

We love this place - and most importantly, so does our 3 year old. The staff is so kind and welcoming, starting with Jacob - and we love our swim coaches (especially Coach Luke & Coach Grace). We're thankful to have found Aqua-Tots PV!

I have been bringing my grandkids to Aquatots for over four years now. The instructors are excellent at motivating the kids, keeping the kids safe, and skill development. I am so comfortable with turning the kids over to the instructors because I know how well they’re going to be taken care of. Because of their instruction and personalized care, three of my grandkids swim so well they no longer need instruction. I have confidence that they will be able to do that with the remaining grandkids. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The most friendly staff ever combined with gold standard swim stroke basic teaching. They also run the classes on time and are quick to let families know if something needs to be rescheduled. Attended for over a year.

We are always welcomed with a warm greeting. The coaches take the time to know your child individually and their strengths and weaknesses. The coaches really focus on making sure the child gains trust and comfortability. Coach Chloie really takes the time to get to know my son, he loves swim class with Coach Chloie.

Love this place the baby has learned so much we know this because she does it at home. The swim teacher is amazing

This is the most amazing swim place and the staff is always on top of their game! Mr. Jacob is one of the nicest and warm welcoming managers at this location. If you are looking for great swim instructors, coach Kat and Mason B are highly recommended. Also, Illumis is great! My daughter had her as a substitute instructor one session and coach Illumis did amazing. Please consider Aqua Tots if you want to sign your children up for swim lessons.

We signed up our 5 year old for lessons 4x a week as we were on vacation for a month. My child had never put her head under water before starting lessons and now she is eager to jump in She is able to swim a short distance with minimal help, float on her back, flip from front to back and hold her breath under water now. I am in awe over the progress she made in such a short time. Her confidence in the water has grown immensely. The instructors and staff remember you and your child by name each time you visit, and truly care about your child’s swim progression.

I can’t say enough good things about aqua tots and our experience. We will definitely be coming back.

DO NOT bring your kids he to learn how to swim. We signed up for private lessons which were $500.00 mo for 2 classes a week and they continue to cancel them and then make it impossible to make up. Now they are saying that they are no longer offering private lessons and they won’t refund us for the canceled classes. Totally absurd and terrible customer service, I highly recommend finding another swim school to get lessons.

The staff is friendly and the instructors really want the kids to learn how to swim. My son can be quite shy and not motivated; however, the instructors are patience in working with him (and making him smile by the end of class).

This is a waste of time and money. Poorly run business. When I signed up I was told if you need to cancel a class you can still use it even after you cancel the recurring 30 day “membership” fee. Come to find out that is not the case. You have to be enrolled in an on-going program so you never really can “make up” the classes if your kid gets sick or you are traveling. Additionally, my kids were ready to move up to the next level several weeks before they would do so. So I was basically paying for my kids to splash around in the water after they knew how to swim. The whole experience is off - it truly seems like a scheme to keep taking your money until your kids are “ready” to move up levels for very little output. I walked away from numerous saved classes and would rather pay for a private instructor than waste time.

My Son has high functioning Autism and has been wanting to try swim school. We came for a lesson and were utterly diappointed. I made sure they were aware of him being autistic and I feel like this caused for the instructor to treat him like a baby instead of instructing him. When my son kept saying he wanted to get out of the pool the instructor would ignore his request and sumberge his head under water. I was watching my son from the window and once I could make out what he was saying and that he actually looked distressed I asked a staff member to remove him from the pool. I spoke to the instructor briefly and she said they want the kids to stay in the water for the length of their lesson. My son told me later on that he drank water and wouldn't want to go near water for the next two weeks. I would not recommend this school for parents raising special children.

We absolutely LOVE the staff. There are many Aqua Tot's near our home and we continue to drive almost 30 min.one way to take our son to the PV location. Coach Bri & Coach Kyle are our favorites. They always make sure my son feels comfortable and he gets so excited to see them.

The people are amazing and make me feel so comfortable putting my babies in their hands! Very friendly and get to know all their clients! I highly recommend Aqua Tots to all my friends and family!

Amazing place that employs talented and friendly folks - been going for 6 years (3 at Raintree And 3 here) - felt the same about both locations. The employees and coaches will learn your kids names And always work with you on schedule with no hassle. They make it so easy here.
