Was with my previous pool guy for about 6 years, one Saturday my pool motor went out.come Thursday my existing pool guy was still not able to get me taken care of. So, I started looking around for immediate service of my motor along with taking over my weekly maintenance.

After about 4 hours of making calls and getting answering machines. I reached out to Aquaman and was immediately helped.they were onsite the next morning, pump/motor in hand, few hours later they were back to service my pool.by the time the wife got home from work the water was blue and ready to swim.

Exactly what we needed.

We used aqua man pools for a few months. The quality of work is subpar for the price. Each time they would come out, we would be told our pool needed additional services and a tech would be coming out. The monthly charge to our bank account was an unhappy surprise every time, generally three to four times they contracted monthly charge. They do not send statements c I had to callthe office monthly to find out what we paid for.
The customer service of their office is also terrible. My husband called to see why no one showed up on our scheduled day and sarbrina answered the phone. He explained the situation and then received a work call, he told Sabrina he had something else to attend to and that his wife would call them right back. When I called back Sabrina answered and when I told her my husband just called she started speaking fast and frustrated and told me she wanted to help but my husband hung up on her. That was not the case. I told her I didn’t appreciate her unprofessional attitude or her raising her voice and asked for her manager. After a long pause Megan got on the phone and I informed her of the situation and told her we will be cancelling our service. She said it sounded like a simple mistake on the part of Sabrina and processed the cancellation, taking no account for the no show of service (again) or the terrible customer service.

I had Aquaman Pools install a salt generator for my pool. They did a great job and I am thankful.

I just started using Aquaman pools and they have made it so easy, customer service is extremely help and kind. Everything has been handled in a timely manner and my pool looks fantastic.

Came out and emptied and cleaned pool only to recommend redoing the whole pool and then after they left, i got charged for the work they never even finished. Beware and think before giving them a credit card they can charge at will. Like another review said, just after money. After redoing the pool trying to get them to finish what they charged me for and all I get in silence.

Am paying to have pool AND my fountain cleaned. It's been 2 weeks since my fountain was cleaned even though I have contacted them twice.
Have had to ask twice to have my technician changed.

Excellent and curious service. Fair and reasonable price. I am always hesitant to use any service anymore, but Aquaman Pools have earned my trust and I feel comfortable with them and feel very confident in recommending them to anyone who is in need of a pool service to keep their pool sparkling clean.

I started doing business with Auqaman Pools 3 years ago, they were a premium price compared to other pool services I have had, but seemed worth it. The first year, they were great, had one person that regularly cleaned my pool, sent a weekly email as to the condition of my pool, and life was great. The past year, there has been multiple people cleaning my pool, they let it turned green as a pond this summer, then had to run my pump while it was 115 outside and burnt up a perfectly good pool pump, then charged me $3000 to replace it and after I agreed to the quote they wanted $2500 for an electrician to install it. They are very expensive, do not follow up with any longer with the weekly visit info, and charge sporadic fees for chemicals and don't send you an invoice that shows what you pay. They would not make it right this summer when they let my pool turn green, caused my pump to run for 10 days straight and burnt it up, they are liable, but wouldn't accept any liability. DO NOT USE

Aquaman pools have taken great care of our pool for a long time now. Their customer service is the best. Whenever there is a need for service or question, Amber Cassady is always there to help in a quick and professional manner.

I had a lot of problems with their service and it was super expensive. I cancelled the service yet they still charge me. I reached out multiple times and never heard back. This month they charged me for 4 months. They have not been to my house for 0ver 10 months yet still charge me. Please stay away. They did a bad job cleaning pool and then made excuses not to mention all the billing issues.

They did a fantastic job in unclogging my vacuum line as well as the installation of a new Jandy Valve. Great work and zero issues. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool.

I have had Aquaman Pools servicing my pool since 2021. I have been extremely happy with their attention to my pools beauty and the proper maintenance of my pool equipment. I highly recommend this company. Reasonable pricing.

Aquaman set up a date but had to change it the last minute, which I was OK with. They came to do service only with me supplying the replacement parts which they agreed to.he came on a Friday added the replacement part (Filter Bulkhead) but he needed to adjust the level of the filter which caused it to break for the second time. Doing this he could not get it to attach to the existing plumbing. The caused me to purchase a purchase a new backwash valve which they supplied with additional labor charges causing just that bill to be over $500. I also had to pay the other labor of $250+. After all thing the plumbing at the Bulkhead leaked and was not installed properly. I had to supply a second Bulkhead and they replaced it. I believe they did not charge me for labor for second Bulkhead. I called and asked if I could be reimbursed for the purchase of second bulkhead and no one returned the call. Maybe it is still coming. I would defiantly use them in the future.
