American Restaurant Arby's reviews
17WARNING: THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR COUPONS. They argue that they're just a franchisee and not owned by corporate so they can't honor whatever coupon you have for Arby's. I am giving them one star because I can read other comments saying the same thing but they still haven't catered to their customers. Corporate-owned or not, they can still make the easy decision to honor coupons for the company they represent, yet they stubbornly choose not to. Sorry, I won't be returning to this branch. I advise everyone else to do the same unless they show they care more about satisfying customers than $$$$$.
Every time we go here the staff is really friendly, also McDonald's has nothing on your rib sandwich. It's a bit high in price; however, it's well worth it!
I visited the Arbys in Oro Valley. This is hands down the BEST Arby's in the Tucson area. Went at lunchtime and they were super busy but none of the staff was stressed out. They were extremely efficient and having fun as well. Our food came fast and was hot and fresh. I was very impressed with the exemplary customer service that this crew provided. Thank you
Best food from an Arby's I've ever had n excellent great service thru the drive thru! Great job! Keep it up!
I have been a longtime patron of Arby's all over the country. The Catalina Arizona location is the WORST I have ever been to. We just got Coupons in our Mail and they REFUSED TO HONOR THEM and were rude about it. I am not sure I will ever fo to this location again. I kind of accepted that they did not Honor coupons from the internet, nbut these were in our mailbox so expected they would honor them. BUT NO WE DO NOT HONOR OUR COMPANIES COUPONS. So good bye from me to the RUDE cashier.
Every time I go through this location, they are extremely slow. They are very slow in every step of the process, all the way from ordering to getting your food, even if you're the only customer.
I would understand being slower if it showed in how fresh the food is, but it's not even fresh most of the time. The employees also need to be taught some sort of courtesy. They don't really even speak to you with the exception of telling you how much your order is. They literally just open the window, shove the food to your car, and say nothing.
Slow service, did not receive correct order and was basically thrown bag out of laziness to hand to a customer. Food was terrible and did not hold the standard that Arby's usually has. Would not recommend this location despite the lack of other options in the area.
Waited and waited at the counter to order. They were just standing around talking. Finally I said sorry I guess you don't want my money and walked out will not recommend this location. Not happy at all!
We were at the Arby's in show lo Arizona they were all very nice especially the Manger the cashier gave me 4cent because I was a little short
Just bought a 2 for 6 deal (Classic, no cheese). Unsure as to how I feel about the value of the deal, but I've always liked Arby's.
Fries were hot on top but old and cold once you got past the top few. Brisket sandwich was OK but meat was tougher than I thought it was going to be. Something trigger a bit of stomach discomfort. So, not a good experience.
They took way to long I waited 20 min n no one even opened the window so I could pay for my food. Don't waste ur time with this place
Good Help is soooooooo hard to find! Just say NO to incompetence!
So I'm working out at Saddle Brookk Ranch out in Oracle, AZ with a member of my crew, installing a fireplace, mantel and installing the customer's TV above the new fireplace. After spending the morning on a wd goose chase for material, we decided to grab some lunch on our way back to our customers location. So on our way back from Oro Valley, we stopped at Arby's. We drove through the drive-thru and ordered two combo meals. I always order my Diet Coke without ice, because I don't like watered down soda, when the Ice melts. Sounds like a simple enough request, doesn't it. So when we pulled up to the drive-thru window to pay for our order, get our food, and get back to work. When we arrived at the window, a male staff member took my credit card for payment and gave us our drinks. Except they ignored my request of no ice. So he took my drink back, to make it without ice. He hands my soda back, but with about two inches of form on top. The form settles and now it's a medium soda in a large size cup. We request a full soda, and the male took the soda back yet again. He finally returns the soda and our food, so we head back to our customer's house to enjoy our lunch and resume our work day. I finally take a drink of my soda, except that it's Regular Coke instead of Diet Coke. Three chances to get something as simple as as soda right, and all three times this male employee got it wrong, time after time, after time. In baseball, that would be strike three and he'd be out!
If Arby's can't seem to hire employees who can do something as simple as a soda correct, how can you trust them to keep harmful things out of your food in the midst of a Pandemic?
Food was "Arby's"; has it's own flavor. Crew needs to read the orders closer. I had to double check things, because they kept leaving something out of my order. Now days seems like I have to do that at any fastfood restaurant.
This Arby's is the absolute worst, they never honor the $2 for $6 deals or coupons. The menus are always wrong. Whomever runs this place should sell it, because they put absolutely no effort into it. It's been poorly run for years now.
Were out a curly fries and food was alright.
So now send wife back and they short us an order of curly fries. I mean come on. Losing faith as a customer.
Staff no longer wear masks, I would avoid for the remainder of the pandemic!
The BBQ brisket has a lot of flavor, cherry turnover is great.
They are now open for dine in setting.
