Arby's, Eloy AZ

I came in to grab a bite during the overnight. It took 5 minutes for someone to even take my order. I decided to try the Big Game burger. It took about 10 minutes for them to make it. The meat didn't taste very good in my opinion and a couple hours later my digestive system was having a fit. I won't try that burger again, but maybe the service is better during the day.

The lady running the dive through, I think her name was Holly, was so professional, polite and quick. What a refreshing change of pace from the norm of fast food restaurants these days.

It's OK I'm not a fan of Arby's but the chicken sandwich I got here was better than the one I had some years ago at another Arby's in florida however I also ordered the fish nuggets which tasted like fat. By that I mean catfish and I hate catfish the fries were Luke warm so all in all a typical stale Arby's experience

Stopped in very hungry, they took good care of me. On a diet, so they adjusted my meal to fit exactly what I needed.

Drive up, it's a little hard to see where it begins, 1st time, somehow ended up at the back of the building, lol, but now I know. Shares a parking lot/building with the truck stop

They decreased the size of the milkshake and fries and didn't tell anyone, pretty low.
I'll be taking my business somewhere else like BK or even McDonald's
So I went there recently and the size of the fries appears to be smaller than before

Actually didn’t even get to order since the employee went on a rant because the cashier from the loves went to tell them they had customers. Basically told me to go somewhere else because they were busy. No customer service skills what so ever. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Obviously no skill set for anything else. Sad part there were some other customers waiting on their orders.

Holly is worth alot more then I bet she is being paid. She subj extra food and smiled with such a nice attitude. Then you Holly.

super friendly I wish most of fast food restaurants staff and workers have 20% of her good and friendly customer service.

The sandwiches are great. Turkey club is my favorite. They also have the best curly fries imo.

Had an Arby's classic roast beef sandwich combo meal. Food was as expected. Eating experience was uneventful. Nothing negative or positive comes to mind when I remember this resta.

Arby's straight lied about there steakhouse ribeye ain't no damn rib in that it's all roast beef keep your money and don't try this sandwich you can order regular roast beef sandwich and add garlic aioli sauce for the price of it.

Trusty location. They always seem to be out of some menue item but I suspect being affixed to a truck stop leaves them at a small storage/high volume disadvantage.

I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar. When I got home, 6 miles away, I find just beef, no cheddar, no sauce. Tried to call and it rang for minutes and no answer.

Sorry and slow. Manager Attitude. I'm never going. I would not recommend this place to my dog. Weird people

It's a nice halfway point to and from Tucson! Foods always good here hot and made to order

Waited for food to long and the curly fries were not even hot. Sodas drinks were not working on most choices. Maybe next time if we come in hopefully things are better

The fry's were not hot. Cheese sticks wasn't hot. The French dip was delicious. The fish sandwich made me sick. So not to good.
