This establishment is very anti-customer they do not care about their customers they rather kick you out of their establishment after spending a good amount of money and they don't care if you're just trying to stay cool after buying food from them and sitting there for a little bit they rather you go outside and sit in the hot Arizona heat

It was my family and i’s first time eating at arby’s and fat guy that works there didn’t give us time to look at the menu before telling us we were “loitering”. So we left and couldn’t even order our food.his idiotic remark made us drive to another place to eat.if he gets fired, maybe i’ll go again.

Used mobile app. 720 S Gilbert Rd. Ordered original roast beef and cheddar sandwich and crinkle fries. The sandwich literally had a small dab of cheese in the center of the sandwich. The fries were so overcooked and tasted like stale oil doused in salt. Woof! 1 and done.
Ordered for my entire crew and the order was completely messed up. Several items missing, not enough sauce for 15 people. Called several times to speak to manager to fix and no one picks up the phone. Will not place large orders from here again.
In the hard times of fast food, this Arby’s location seems to be thriving. I took my daughter here when she was released early for school. Good food. Fast service especially considering how busy it was
