Arby's, Goodyear AZ

Went through the drive thru, my order was correct, hot, and delicious. Very happy with the service, will definitely eat there again.

Christine and Co worker were extremely rude and inpatient at the drive thru. Love Arby's and I don't usually get such bad service.

Other than a couple favorite items that only Arby's has, I will not return here. The prices are unbelievably high and the help at the couner was about as sharp as a sledgehammer. I am very disappointed at most young workers abilities to match picture menus with what goes in the sack. And prior to that, they cannot listen, understand or follow the simplest orders or proceedures. And if a computer can't tell them what to do, they could not think their way out of an open sack on it's side. Incompetence is an understatement and they want to be compensated handsomely for it. This is not the only fast food restaurant to disappointment me, but definitely one of the worst.
Summary, service, 1 out of 10, value, 2, quality of food, 3, return, not likely unless I get an uncontrolled craving for potato cakes. QT now has a favorably comparable mocha shake for a fraction of the cost.
Arby's needs to try a lot harder.

Dissapointed. You order the sandwich you see on tv. Then you get it. "where's the beef". So pitiful.

The food and service here used to be much better. Kitchen looks a bit grubby and always food stored in the kitchen hallways. Shake machine is often not working. I like Arby's as an occasional treat, but will look around to see if there is another close by.

2 for $6 was disappointing but.
Haven't been to Arby's in a while and was very disappointed on the size of there sandwiches. No were near what they advertise! On the up side for $6 you can get a full stomach.

The freezer and fridge in the back doesn’t shut all the way. This is a food hazard and why I quit working there.

Idk why but if i go to an arbys, 9 times out of 10, its this one. And I'm never disappointed. The service is excellent and the employees are friendly. (:

We have always had great service and the food is absolutely delicious. It used to be that Arby's was noticeably more expensive than other fast food/drive thru restaurants, however it doesn't feel the same anymore. Other fast food restaurant prices have almost caught up with Arby's (especially if we drop the sodas at Arby's). We rarely eat fast food. When we do, Arby's is definitely one we consider.

This place has great customer service and has never got my order wrong just kidding they got it wrong once but they immediately fixed it I enjoy this place a lot and I eat here a lot I work right across the street I'm here a lot

Just your standard Arby's but the food was hot and fresh which varies from location to location.

I like Arbys, but stick with the roast beef. If you want chicken or fish just go the chick fill a for chicken or Pete's for fish.

Arby's proves the fast food does not have to be full of fillers Grease and empty calories. Truly the most premium a fast served food. Proven by the constant bell ringing in each location! Enjoy the best and fast food has to offer

The service was great.it's this pestering rating app that's getting real annoying. I have been hit up for a review about Arby' s every day since I are there a week ago. I don't know how to stop it.

My mother and I got a French dip sandwich here (which is about a $5 sandwich) and it literally tasted like cheap dog food. Also a screw fell from the ceiling onto the cashier table.

Quick service and hot food, one of my favorite places. Beef n Cheddar are an all time fave and the Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the bomb!

Refund Please! Waited at the window for 10 minutes, watched the girl bag my sandwiches and frys prob 5 minutes in.set the bags in the window, waited. Waited. Then asks me to pull around front while they make fresh potatoe cakes. Waited around front 6 more minutes.finally went inside and argued my case that my food has been sitting in a bag for almost 15 minutes and the only thing that's fresh are the potatoes cakes. Manager agreed to have food remade. The cook started to question why and mouthed off. That was enough for me to say. "Nevermind. Give my a refund! " One thing I hate more then cold food is bad customer service. Especially when it's coming from the back of the house can you say red flag.would have kept my business if the cook didn't have a smart mouth.

This place is always great. The workers are happy and have fun. Philip probably spelt that wrong. Well he has a great attitude. The manager is cool and you can see he respects his workers. Today's experience was freakin awesome. Thanks again guys
