Arby's, Show Low AZ

Fast food in the age of COVID: a long drive-through line that went pleasantly fast. The food was ready and fresh when we reached the window, everything correct. Roast beef and curly fries hit the spot for my guys. The one negative was my husband’s lemonade was watered down. To add to the convenience of our visit, there’s a big vacant parking lot behind the restaurant that made for a good park-and-eat spot for our road trip.

Beware if you want to be protected. People not coming in wearing masks, no one stopped them, lady behind counter taking orders was not wearing hers properly at all!

Why are Arby's so expensive? It is Subway with fried sides.

As a vegetarian I'm unfortunately kinda stuck with the fried sides. Not alot of options for us.

Food was cold, service was horrible as the employees where just rude and tired of their job it seems. Out of the 40 worth of food I got the poppers where the best part, but not filling enough. I called that same night, no answer, called in the morning lady was rude on the phone, then took my first name and my address and said they would send something in mail, almost a week and half later nothing in mail, I called to check, they were busy (understandable) and they would call back, when she called back she was ruder than high heaven snapping that she will send this information to the General Manager. When u asked if the manager could call me so I didn't call back to check in she said NO? Then hung up? I get the job is tough but when I am not being rude about it I expect the same.

The store was very busy when I came in. Johnnie was my cashier and she was horrible.asking what can you repeat that many times.spaced off somewhere else not paying attention.while waiting for my food 4 different customer came up saying there order was incorrect.staff was all over the place

I had the bacon Crispy chicken and it was delicious, I haven't been to a Arby's in bout 20 yrs and it was worth it, my co workers had the roast beef sandwich and he said it was good also.

Arby's always has good food. However, this location always has a lot of flies buzzing around. There must be something that can be done about the flies!

The cashier, an older woman, wouldn't give me a military discount as they usually do. She said I ordered the special that was my discount. She also gave my wife the wrong order.

The staff here are so friendly. They went out of their way to talk to me as I waited for my food. They were positive working super late at night. They food was good for fast food.

Their Sandwhichs are overpriced in my opinion, unless you have a deal like
2 for $5 or 2 for $6, its just too pricey.
Basically $10 a meal for 1 person at a
fast food place is way too much.

It was cool. Very delicious. Very nice people and great service. Please don't take away the orange cream shake though. Its too delicious to leave.

Slimy beef? Not sure what it is but it's not roast beef. If that's how they're roast beef comes out everytime maybe they should stop.

If you like Arby's you'll like this one. No surprises, fast service, friendly staff. Tried the new Miami Cuban sandwich. Meh, save your money.

Got our order wrong, but it was still good. You don't notice until you're half way home. Probably won't use drive thru again.

Service was good, food was good, I had no conplaints. Me and two friends went down from the far side of Show Low on a random craving for a roast beef sandwich. Was not disappointed.

Food is always delicious and fresh. Inside is clean and employee's seem nice. I enjoy going here.

This place is the worst arbys ive been too. Cashier kept getting the order wrong, made our food wrong. In general the employees were not pleasent making it a bad atmosphere. Very bad expierence wont be coming back

TRY THE ROASTED TURKEY SANDWICHS ALL 3 ARE GOOD. BUT THE GOBBLER IS EXCELLENT! GREAT ARBYS FOR SHOW LOW AZ.

I don't know how many times I can count, that this store does not make my sandwich correct! I always order a Turkey & Swiss (without onions). Never fails, I get home open up my sandwich, there's the onions! I live 8 miles away, I'm too tired to drive back! Can I take back my ringing of the BELL?

The staff at SHOW LOW ARBYS are always fast and cheerful.
Food items are well made and tasty exactly as in promo pictures.
We always encourage each other to DRIVE HOME SAFELY.
This is a very nice location in the ARBYS system.
