Great pick-up and delivery service in Central and East Phx, but expensive.

First vibe was that I was a nuisance for walking in. But hey, people have bad days - all good. I asked if it was possible to have my 4 dress shirts done by the next day. This was my first time here, so I did not assume they could do a 24 hour turn around. The person at the front first asked if I had come in before and then went to the back to ask someone if they could do it. The person in back said they could. Then the person helping me said, “We can do it, but we can’t have it done by a specific time. ” I said that was perfectly fine and I was very appreciative. The person was clearly annoyed and then informed me, “Just so you know, our normal turn around is 2 days. ” So, I guess I needed to understand how far out of their way they were going for me. Of course I never assumed that their turn around was a day (hence why I asked if it was possible). So I said, “Hey, I’m more than happy to take my stuff somewhere else. ” And she said something like Yeah, that’s probably best. Just - Wow! If they would have said initially that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to do it in 24 hrs, I would have totally understood. I guess shaming is their customer service approach.
FYI - I found excellent customer service and the sweetest owner just a few blocks away at Sandy’s Magic Touch Cleaners - and their standard turnaround is 24 hours.

Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude to me from the moment I walked through the front door. Guess I was the person she wanted to take her bad day out on.

Could not recommend this place any less based on my interaction just now. I was a first time customer of this location as I live not too far but typically utilize another cleaners on Indian School that’s closer to my home. I brought in a total of 5 items. I was only returned 4 items. Personally wasn’t a big deal because I did not need the item right away. I did go back in on a day that I could make it in a few days later to get the missing jacket. The gentleman that had previously assisted me, said he couldn’t find it but that he would take down my phone number and call me when he found it. Again, I was okay with it. A little annoying but I don’t need the item right away. He called me the a few days later (maybe 2 days) and let me know he located it and I could come in to retrieve the item. I went in today to retrieve the item and it was a different woman, that helped me. She found the item and rang me out. First, I thought it was strange to charge me the total amount seeing as I’d come back due to their error now twice. I said okay and paid her. I said “it’s surprising that I need to pay the full amount due to my experience and it being my first time, but so be it. ”
She then went on to rant about how I didn’t need to come back and that they get plenty of customers on daily basis so losing one is nothing and how she could care less, she hoped I hated that, please don’t come back.
Seriously? ! That’s how you speak to customers?

I give two stars because the original guy was kind and was quick in finding the missing item, also a woman behind the very unkind woman was saying that I should come back and give them another try, so I appreciated her. However, for the cost of cleaning the items and the way I was spoken to definitely outweighs and totally ruined my ever trying this place again.

This business goes well above and beyond, can remove unwanted “smells, ” and always under promises and over delivers… They also have pick up and delivery service. Amazing company!

Had my wedding dress steamed and cleaned right before my wedding and the level of professionalism and urgency that they showed was impeccable. Better yet their work was done perfectly. I was a bit worried because my dress had so much beading on the back but they took great care of it and it came out perfect! So happy with the result.
