Anthony, the associate who helped me out was incredibly knowledge, super personable and went above and beyond to help me with every little detail!

I had been searching for a new bike for about month now with not much success (trying to find the right bike without breaking the bank is NOT the easiest thing to do.)
But that is exactly what I was able to do at Archers bikes with the help of Anthony!

Even though I live about 30 minutes from this shop and have numerous shops nearby, I will not be going anywhere else!

Purchased a new e-bike after they suggested options and encouraged me to try different bikes. They even directed me to other business locations that had different bikes I could rent or buy when I mentioned bikes they didn't have in stock, or even carry! After renting and trying a number of bikes, some at other locations, I landed on one of the first bikes they mentioned after asking my use case. Great experience.

Nhu needs a promotion whatever she’s making. Seriously personable. She got excited when she told us they had something we wanted like it genuinely makes it happy to help people.

If she works on commission, it’s hard to tell because we only walked out with things we wanted and are glad we got but wouldn’t have if she weren’t there to guide us with our decisions.

Seriously, don’t give her a raise at your own peril. Great store. SUPER helpful people.

I was in Archers about 3 weeks ago spent $500, customer service was great. My first visit was a good experience even posted it in Facebook. Well. I just left Archers, this person (male) approach me. I explained what I wanted, he gave his opinion and was dismissive of. No anything else I can help you with.

BEST bike shop! All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
I'm a fall risk and struggle walking at times yet my eBike has given my life back! Archer's helped me pick the bike, free tune up after a year, and anytime I've needed help with it or tires changed they've always been there for me.

Low ball used car salesman and very unprofessional staff. Try to support local, but they try to throw random prices. Check the blue book before you buy or sale at this place

Best bike shop I've encountered in my 70 plus years of riding. Welcoming, helpful and courteous service. Prompt and efficient staff with attention to detail. Extremely knowledgeable. Randy, Mike and Eric and team go the extra mile. In one word: Awesome.

Awesome bike shop. We bought our e-bike from this bike shop for a very good price. They even offered us a free tune up and adjustment on the bike and gave us good quality service. We will never bring our bike anywhere else and we recommend this to anyone who wants a bike, bike repair, or even just checking out bikes.

I’ve been coming here since 2017. Good shop however today I went in to have a chain installed on my bike shop was very busy and service sucked. I paid almost $30 for a $10 service fee the chain was put on extremely loose. I could of just installed it myself lesson learned.

Stopped in to ask about bikes and got great help from Anthony! I was on an info gathering mission and not yet ready to buy, but Anthony was awesome and took his time with me, answered all my questions, and gave me some great beginner tips from his own experience riding. Super cool and helpful! Would highly recommended this shop.

Ripped off twice here they didn't screw the tire caps on all the way either so I had to double check and they completely broke my clutch and my basket was removed and my battery was halfway drained when I asked for it back after my repair. Very rude. I hope to never see these people again I'm just gonna order my own bike parts from now on and fix my own bike. Lesson learned.

Their website said they had in stock some parts I needed. I drove 15 miles one way only to be insulted by a tall arrogant and boisterous character who said they haven't had those parts in many weeks, and accused me of not knowing how to use the website. He finally looked it up and sure enough the parts are listed as being in stock at the Mesa store. NO APOLOGY! They do not stock the parts OR they just don't want to look for them. Either way they sure could at least try to be polite. RUDE DUDE>

Best bike shop I've been to and that includes the surrounding areas this is the only bike shop I trust with any of my bikes.

Customer service isn’t very friendly, sometimes if you take a bike there for repairs it almost feels like they don’t want to do the work.

Anthony was Quick, polite, and personable. Came in for a new tube for my ma's old bike, he immediately recognized what I needed, and rang me up efficiently while still carrying on a friendly conversation. Took literally 5 minutes, I'll definitely be back. Thanks again, man!

These guys are the best! Im here for the Ironman and walked in their door with a chain fubar that they fixed for me on the spot. This place is a legit old school bike shop with real bike mechanics. As a Salt Lake Tri Club member I give them 5 stars
