Arches Foot Institute: David K. Lee, DPM, Surprise AZ

Unfortunately, getting through to them is quite difficult. After being put on hold three times, they answered and asked me if they could put me on hold. They need more staff.

Dr Lee and his staff are excellent and have helped me getting over plantar fasitis and with getting new orthotics. He is explains things well.

Dr. Lee is one of the few excellent private practice doctors who cares about his patients and can stay on schedule at the same time. I am always greeted by friendly staff and my appointments are prompt. Dr. Lee's compassion for this patients is tremendous. There is too much to write - if you need foot care - you need to see Dr. Lee.

Arches Foot is simply the best. I have been coming here over five years and cannot rave enough about the quality of care with Dr. Lee and his entire staff. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding and I just love his people skills.

Dr. David Lee DPM is truly an amazing doctor. He has been God sent for my aching feet. Everyone else working in his office are kind, compassionate and always professional. Especially Jess. She is always on top of everything and pretty.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Lee and I am so glad I trusted him. This is the first time in about 15 years that I have no pain in my feet.

Dr Lee did not recommend surgery, Cortisone shots or medication (when other doctors had previously). He prescribed one stretching exercise and completely changed everything about my orthotic that I had been wearing for about 20 years and it worked! Very happy and highly recommend Dr Lee!

Dr Lee is kind, extremely patient and takes his time when seeing you. Many doctors go so quickly and are in such a rush to get to the next patient (which is understandable), but Dr Lee never rushed and answered all of my questions. He works very quickly and efficiently, but I felt that I always had adequate time and attention in my appointments. This was especially important to me because the information he was telling me was new and different than what I’ve heard over the last 20 years.

Dr Lee even took the time to teach me how to select and fit shoes properly for comfort and foot health. I literally brought in multiple pairs of shoes for him to evaluate and to ensure they fit properly.

Dr Lee is always open to phone calls to his office and gets back to me within a day exactly as he said he would when I first started seeing him. This is greatly appreciated and not common in my experience.

Again, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee and I highly recommend him.

I was there because the other doctor in his office had taken an ingrown toenail out a couple of months ago. The toe was still very sore when I put a closed toe shoe on. Anything that touched it made it hurt. Dr. Lee tooked at the toe and was telling me things about. He appeared to be annoyed by me asking questions. He told me to get a second opinion, and, when I told him I was going to do that, and that I would not be back to his practice, he stood in the door as if to not allow me to leave the office. I told him to NOT BLOCK THE DOOR when I am trying to leave. He told me I was not welcome back into his practice and said I became aggressive. I told him I would not be back and I said I understood why there were so many bad reviews.

Mr David Lee is an amazing doctor.he goes above and beyond this past Father's day weekend omg words cannot explain my granddaughter has had 2 surgeries and about to have one tomorrow but has I was saying He cut his vacation trip with his family short and came back early so he could attend my granddaughter. I have very much respect he's great and No words can explain what a amazing caring Doctor he is. Not to forget to mention Dr. Lees team staff are professional patient and caring. Dr lee always listens and receives input and helps the best he can. He asks questions to make sure to help my daughter. Highly recommend dr. Lee. What doctor goes above and beyond and gives his personal number in case of an emergency. He is also in communication any time of day. He puts his clients health first.

Saw Dr. Lee for painful Plantar Fasciitis. He is very thorough with his assessment and explains a treatment plan that helped me to be walking pain free in a few months. He always spends whatever time is needed to answer all your questions. His office staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. A very “positive “ experience with all my office visits.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor who spends time with his patients and explains everything is is doing. The office staff is also very polite and helpful. If I ever have problems again with my feet, he will be my 1st call.

Melissa, Maria, Elizabeth, Juan, Jaz are wonderful! All are extremely helpful accommodating.

No matter how busy they are, their friendly faces are always welcoming!

Dr Barlow (my physician) is extremely patient and helped me figure out what was wrong with my left foot!

Didn’t give me an option of giving them no stars. Staff is horrible they have poor communication with their patients.

Dr. David is a very good doctor. My husband and I are very lucky to be his patients.we we're so messed up from our foot pain, and he helps us out of our bad situation.

This poor review reflects my interaction with the staff; not the doctors. I cannot express how difficult the surgery scheduler and the staff was in the process of scheduling surgery. (which never happened thanks to them). The staff was guilty of poor customer service (arguing with me in the waiting room in front of other patients) and HIPAA violations (calling family about my case) and throwing my PCP under the bus accusing her of not giving proper surgery instructions when those directions should have come from Arches. I'm sure the guilty staff person will challenge this post since she is confrontational and argumentative.

This Office is truly a game changer. Not only is Dr Lee amazing but his Staff are patient, professional, and caring. Far beyond any other local medical facility. Dr. Lee always listens, receives input, ask questions to ensure understanding, and as a BONUS he fixed my foot problems in a permanent way. I can continue to enjoy my passions with the constant pain. I am grateful to Dr Lee and his professional staff. Highly recommended!
