ArchWell Health, Surprise AZ

I had a very pleasant experience at my first visit to ArchWell Health. From the reception staff to the nurses assistant to the doctor.

Teesha has been an amazing doctor she listens and is very patient with me I will miss her dearly but I wish her many blessings on her new journey

It was a very pleasant experience. No waiting and I felt the PA was very involved with my care.

I am so used to being rushed through my visit. It was so refreshing to be able to ask questions and get them answered! And the staff is so patient and pleasant to interact with that I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment! Thanks ArchWell Health!

This is a newer facility with friendly staff, an inviting waiting space and I think the professionals I saw were very genuine with me. All in all, a very good first time experience.

Dr. Hoppaus was amazing! Never has a doctor spent so much time with me. She actually gave me plenty of time to share what was on my mind. I am referring my friends to go and take a tour of Archwell

Dr. Jamis listen to me and ask questions and pay attention to my answers. He also sent a referral for care at the Dr.we wanted to do my back surgery so we can get things moving and not wait around for 3 or 4 months

In January I just switched over to Archwell in surprise Arizona and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done at the doctor. And the nurse practitioner are both awesome. They are very helpful thorough and take that’s all the time you want to talk to you.

Everything was pleasant at the clinic visit the only then that wasn’t was the shots I got, One was for the shingles’s and the other was for the pneumonia.

I have been going to this facility approx 3-6mos now & I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Jamis & his staff. Dr. Jamis is very patient, kind & knowledgeable. He listens well & allows the patient to actively participate in their healthcare! Marylou & Ciara are both awesome! The facility is beautiful & it is always nice & clean The front desk staff does a great job with the checkin process. Thank you ALL for the services you provide!

They are very friendly, thorough, caring, & the facility is exceptionally clean. They treat you like family. I would recommend Archwell to all seniors.

Everyone was very friendly.the staff was very concerned with all of my knees in my health needs. I really enjoyed being there.
