Small but perfect! They carry almost everything grocery wise, ice cold beer, ice, everyday items such as milk, eggs, bread, ice cream, condiments, candy, cupcakes, cigarettes etc. The new owner is just as friendly as the previous. While they may not carry as big of a variety as the local truck stop, his prices are MUCH LOWER. ASK TO SEE INSIDE THE ALIEN MUSEUM. Bonus it is privately owned by a member of the Yucca community. It's easy access from I-40 take the Alamo Exit. ENJOY

We missed the museum due to operating hours, but we ordered their burger. Good food! Enjoyed the ufo conversation as well. Hope to visit the museum during open hours.

Dollar for dollar it's the same as the store down the street
locally owned and great little place

The museum is open again. It is a delightful little collection from a local crash site with a beautiful view of the yucca area and surrounding mountains. It has a wide range of souvenirs to take home with you, a fabulous diner experience in the building below as well as a convenience store on site. This is a iconic route 66 location that is completely worth the stop.

Interesting roadside attraction. We visited it approximately 2 weeks ago at the beginning of April. The cafe was not open yet when we got there but as we were leaving it looked like they were opening up.

Very cool stop… I was disappointed to see it has closed, even though on our previous stop there was no jerky, soda, ice cream, or burgers to be had lol. It was basically a dusty local gas station at that point, but I snagged a fantastic vintage armadillo purse and pocket watch from the shop next door and got some great photos outside!

Interesting place to stop by. Restaurant staff said the big ball is closed for renovation, tho I couldn't tell, it was nobody there.

Neat place to stop and stretch your legs. They are remodeling the sphere so hopefully it will have tour's soon.
