The maintenance is really good and quick. Especially, Eric is friendly and does the repairs fast

Eric is a very talented hard worker. He's professional and very outgoing to go the extra mile. Very friendly and I recommend Aria on Mill. Nathan is a great manager to say the least.

They were struggling to keep up with the maintenance and I would've given them a lower rating if it wasn't for the new maintenance guy they hired "Eric" that has been going above and beyond to keep the property clean and helping the residents with all their maintenance needs. I would recommend this place solely for the fact that I have never meet a harder working maintenance guy that will always make sure the property is well kept and that all the residents needs are met.

Lots of extra fees to make up for the “affordable” rent! Can’t even access the “24 hour gym” without paying a non refundable fee for a fob. Vents are caked with dust, pool has been locked up since moving in; altogether this place has been a headache and I cannot wait for this lease to end.

I hate this place. We should of known this place was gonna be horrible from the day they kept changing our move in date, that should of been a red flag for us. The apartment itself is nice but my god it needs so much work. Since the day we moved in, the apartment was not ready the whole damm thing is falling apart. The floors are peeling off, holes everywhere, ceiling are moldy, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, kitchen cabinet doors are coming off, the neighbors are loud and not respectful of other’s privacy and on top of that no hot water! The office people not so helpful. They take long to respond to our requests and when they do respond maintenance people only do one thing out of the 5 things you request. Pools are never open or never clean. You have to pay for a gym key. Can’t wait until we move out

I was in on 8/17 for a tour and Kiara helped me out tremendously, although they didn’t have what I was looking for at the moment, I left very satisfied & will return in the future. Thank you Kiara!

1. Such a worst management and fraud they will stole the money withiut reasons and they wont pick even a single call.
2. Lost our application fees to them and they did not even returned it.
3. And heard from one of our friend that they are asking the credit card details including the pin or cvv.for confirmation of payment.
4. They are fraud.please dont go there and dont believe them.

Kiara was super helpful when we were apartment shopping! She was really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a friendly, fun, professional way.

Guys please listen, these are my true words.
I have applied to aria on mill and filled their application and submitted their application by paying indian rupees 5000/-.
After all of the payment they rejected my application and saying that they will not say the reason for rejection and they are saying that they will not return my money back.please atleast avoid aria on mill.at any cost.please dont go to their apartment.

I am giving the free suggestion or advice to all. Kindly search other places.

Edd was great showing us around, even though this is his sister property. Place looks very quiet, comfortable, and looks like you can thrive here. Definitely would love to have him show us around again.

Edd helped us out with touring the complex, showing us certain features of the apartments, and was sooooo transparent and real with us. He built a great repore and we were able to bond with us! I’m definitely going to apply:)

This place does not deserve a single penny of anyone's money. Upon moving in, my roommate and I found several unfinished projects throughout the apartment. Cabinets were not secure, drawers falling out, pulling things that look like monsters out of the drains, etc. We put in a maintenance request and after a week all was fixed. During this time, my roommate and I were also not given mail keys and had to wait 2 weeks and still were given 1 to share. In October, we noticed our air conditioning/heat was not working. After a week of a maintenance request, the team melted the "ice chunk" that was on the roof into our living room. Our entire living area including couches and other furniture were ruined and flooded with water. We were not given any compensation or help for that matter. We had to use our own towels and resources to clean up the water. The water continued to leak and we luckily had one of our OWN pots to catch the drops. The landlord Renee is quite the fun time to deal with as she is beyond combative and refuses to put the money in to fix any repairs. Moreover, the rent that you are given before signing is not correct. There are a bunch of little fees and things that are added into your rent, even when they are not available for use. Fast forward to today, June 18th, 2021 I am still experiencing unprofessional conduct from management. I have not had working AC for about the entire month of June. I submitted requests, emails, calls, etc. The Air conditioning unit is running however there is no air being supplied to my unit. I now have $500 in electric bills and I still don't even have working AC! I plan to forward these bills to Aria however they do not respond or communicate with their tenants. So what exactly am I paying for here? To top it all off, Renee claims to have emailed my roommate and I a "60 day intent to move out" back in February. No shocker here, neither one of us received the email. Our lease legally signed was agreed on a June 30th move out, and now she is trying to scam more money from my roommate and I due to lack of organization on her end. I cannot express how horrible of a place this is to live. I have never had a problem with such unprofessional and churlish management. Steer away from this place!

Got bought out sometime in the last 3 years, and every year since I get calls threatening taking me to collections over an unpaid balance. Every time, I forward the signed receipt and deposit slip from their bank, and they suddenly remember I'm not worth preying upon. (In before "that's funny, we don't have records of you living here. " lol imagine that, you have awful records!)

And check out all these fake 5-star reviews from accounts with no history. Don't give money to these crooks, they're just looking for easy targets.

I am very disappointed with this place. The maintenance guy is good and I haven’t had a problem with any maintenance requests (although sometimes I have to send multiple requests to have something done) but the management is a joke. Once you’re in they change their whole attitude towards you. I’ve had packages stolen from the package room and they did not care. Good location and units but the management is not worth it. Most of these 5 star reviews are people who toured. There is a scary number of low reviews from people who have lived here. Hope this helps anyone looking.

I wasn’t going to leave a review cause I just wanted to get out of this place and forget about it but I would have loved to have been warned about what this place was like before I signed a lease. Management is horrible! They find every excuse to charge you, they take MONTHS to fix your maintenance issues, and they clearly hate their jobs. They do a great job at getting you to sign the lease but then ignore you after you move in. Also, reading all these clearly fake 5-star reviews is very concerning to me. It looks like the only genuine 5-star reviews come from previous management. This complex has so much potential but it is in the wrong hands. Please look out for yourselves, and find a better place to stay. Take care
