I didn’t believe in therapy, until i met Marta. She is an all around incredible person, who has helped me heal through my darkest times. I don’t know where i would be without her.

I was seeing Marta and unfortunately I had to move to Florida but one reason I wanted to stay cause I loved my emdr therapy. I have been through a lot of trauma throughout my whole life and Marta opened a new door for me and my family. I have never felt more happy and I am definitely going to pick back up with a new therapist to continue my emdr therapy. Thank you Marta for being so kind and sweet to my daughter and myself you truly made a difference in our family.

I am currently working with Marta and she is so incredibly kind, sweet and insightful. I won’t go into detail but I have an extensive history of childhood trauma, starting from age 4. I’ve gone in and out of treatment facilities, gone to multiple different therapists over the years and when I say that I’ve never felt more heard, validated and understood, I 100% mean that. I’ve been in therapy now with her for about 5 months and I’ve made more progress with my C-PTSD, depression and anxiety than I have ever had in my entire life. I am so grateful for Marta and the team at Arise.

This place has been so important to my current, past and future self. The staff here has further made life something so beautiful. There is nothing I can do to fully show my appreciation for what they have done for me. Thank you so much.

My therapist at Arise is Marta. She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient all wrapped up in one package! We did EMDR mostly, but she has several modalities she is trained in. She did help me reach my goal. Thank you!
