Called twice. Couldn’t get through (no answer). So I went to the physical address and it turns-out that it’s ONLY A MAILING ADDRESS. I only learned the above info after I got home, called them and spoke to someone. Why not just “state that” on the website in the first place?
It really wouldn’t be FAIR for me to RATE this organization based SOLELY on this experience. But after the web confusion and the poor, clueless woman, answering the phone. I give them a 2-star rating for effort.
At the moment, disappointed is the best word that fits this experience.
