It's hard to capture the extent of how absolutely filthy my recently-acquired 2,500 sq.ft rental property was.but I will say that it was so bad that an experienced painting contractor refused to send their crew in until the walls, trim, and surrounding areas were first cleaned.

It's also hard to understate how great the experience has been working with Brian and his team. He sends in a *professional* multi-person crew and they make the place *shine*.

What really stood out the most was Brian's customer-centric way of doing business. He answered my calls or called back as soon as he could, gave advice for more than just cleaning and always from the perspective of what is best for me, and ultimately, it felt like we were business partners working toward same goals rather than just a "vendor" trying to sell me whatever they can.

Despite living out of state, it was easy to trust that I had found the right provider from the start, despite living out of state.

Update: my stepdad dropped off some supplies at the place after the crew finished the first half of the work today and when he called, his exact words were "duuuuuuuuuude, these guys are the BOMB". He couldn't believe that he was even looking at the same house.
