Great place, always great customer service but very expensive compared to others.

As an example,
My pup needed a urine analysis. This business charges $88.00 where others charge $30.00 to test for a UTI.
I'm not a Dr.but I'm pretty sure a test is a test, so why so much mark up?

They are careful and compassionate, especially when bringing in a terrified rescue dog. They even recommended bringing him in periodically just so they can walk him around to get socialized. When they put my 18 year old cat down they gave me time to get there from work 45 minutes away, and allowed us as much goodbye time with her as we needed. They have treated 3 of my cats and 4 dogs and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I got my dog at 3 months and now is 4 years old. I like this place.but the last time I took my dog I was disappointed.it was so different from my other experiences. I waited 30 min after my appointment to just get in a room and it took another 30 min just to be see. My dogs appt took about 2 hours which is unusual. His appointments have never taken this long. But I do appreciate that they care for my dog. Going forward I wish someone told me they were behind or overbooked from the beginning cuz I would have reschedule to get a better experience.

Although my pet did not end with a good outcome, the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring to him and I was very impressed with everyone and everything.
