Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. reviews
26Dr. Bennett is a very good listener. He is astute in handling my questions and allays my fears. I am grateful fo the help of the Physicians' assistants, as well.
1st visit, new doc. Transfer from another practice. Very personal and efficient PA.
Doc not flexible regarding how often follow up visits are needed. Had former doc for 10years and didn't feel as many follow up visits were needed. Makes it more inconvenient for me as I'm out of town for extended periods.
Very professional. I really liked Dr Sucher. On time! He was an expert at EMG and comforting at same time.
Would highly recommend
I have been seeing a rheumatologist for 20 years (different practice) and recently moved to this practice. The difference between my previous provider and AZ Arthritis is huge. The staff have been very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The rheumatologist spent time asking questions, discussing overall health and was very knowledgeable in regards to my condition (my previous doctor would spend 5 minutes or less with me, didn’t listen to my concerns and was very cold/borderline rude. The last several years I had several issues come up that were concerning and all were essentially dismissed by the previous doctor). Dr. Chohan was pleasant, asked pertinent questions and was quite thorough in explaining treatment plan (even taking time to check other health and disease related issues that my previous doctors had long since neglected). The lab tech (Patrick) who did my lab draw was great, painless blood test, and was helpful with explaining questions I had regarding a new version of the injectable medication I received. Front desk staff was equally helpful and pleasant (something I haven’t experienced in years at my prior provider). I look forward to having a team that seems to genuinely want to help improve my condition and views me as a person and not a customer. Another plus is the office is 5 minutes from my home vs the hour (each way) I had been dealing with for years.
Wonderful staff. They address any concerns with a professional approach and solve the issue in a timely matter. Love my doctor and her PA's. I know my health is very important to them. Thank you AZ Arthritis.
Office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Chohan is an excellent doctor who takes the time to answer questions and assess each patient's situation to give the best treatment plan possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Chohan.
I've been going to Az. Arthritis for years since 1998, superb services, they have help me alot with my diagnosis, getting me better, would highly recommend them. Excellent staff, superb Dr's
Dr. Caldron. & Edith, other staff who have taken care of me over the years.
Have been a patient at Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates for four plus years. At the outset I experienced a great deal of pain. As those of us who suffer arthritis know so well the constant pain is not only physically but also can be mentally debilitating. Thanks to the extraordinary expertise, care, and attention from Dr. Siama Chohan and the entire staff at AARA I am virtually pain free. It is my pleasure to highly recommend AARA.
Everyone working here are very polite, thoughtful and kind. Would highly recommend my doctor, Dr. Peters. He will do everything he can to keep your joints moving and working and listens to what you have to say.
Love the warmth and class of the office. Been going for years and every time the same friendly experience.
Most efficient and considerate care team for anyone seeking medical assistance for any arthritic/rheumatic issues.
I've been going to AARA for 6-7 years now and have always been treated courteously. They have really been there for me since my first appt there. I already I had a diagnose of fibromyalgia, and at the time couldn't see them perhaps as much as they would've like but they just give me 2 appts a year and that works for us at this time. They have one the Best blood drawers in Patrick, that I've meet, so gentle, so thankful. The supporting cast is exceptional here.)
Dr. Swati Bharadwaj is always pleasant, thorough and professional. My infusion nurse an excellent phlebotomist. Prescriptions are handled promptly.
They're good at what they do!
The office where I see my doctor is nice. It's clean. The Receptionist is ok. She doesn't remember anyone. The lab person is really good. The infusion person Sally is very nice. She misses sometimes. The nurses are nice. The doctor goes through the motions. I feel he's not interested in how I am. He's ok tho.
My doctor is prompt and doesn’t keep me waiting. The back room staff especially the gentlemen who does the blood work are always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for some of the front office staff. Some are not pleasant or helpful.
Dr. Clark is ABSOLUTELY the best doctor I’ve ever had! No joke. I had ankle surgery last year and the whole process went very well. He is available after hours and even gives his patients his personal cell phone for emergencies! He did both mom and best friend’s surgeries! I speak very highly of him and his staff. Thumbs up for sure!
Worse doctor ever. I've been going here for years and seeing Dr. Ralph Bennett. He does listen to me and has not helped me. I have tried to see someone else in the practice, but they will not allow it. Before i moved here i was treated wonderfully in Atlanta, but this man just collects a paycheck. He does not treat you. I get my help from my family doctor and neurologist. I'm in so much pain and trying to find a good rheumatologist forever. Guess i will drive to suncity.
I hadn't seen Dr. Chohan in a year. She remembered me and in fact, obviously had reviewed the chart. She is both professionally business like and caring, also.
My mother adores Dr Caldron. He always addresses her respectfully honestly and with a bit of humor. Even when he says something she doesn't want to hear, she listens and then we talk about it after her session. She never dismisses what he says. I cannot say the same about her other health providers! As her daughter and caregiver, I am very pleased with Dr Caldron and his team.
The entire office experience was positive. Very organized, friendly and on top of things. The nurses, assistants and the doctor very straightforward, thorough and helpful. I felt confident with my care, which is not so easily found these days. And, you can actually get through to someone in the office or get a return call quickly, WOW! It was however very difficult to wait 5 whole months for my new patient visit.
