Becky was such a great help today! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Will definitely come back should I need to utilize more of their services.

There is no such thing called customer service at this place, it is more like Customer Dis-service. Employee name Lily at window #5 who seemed miserable with very bad attitude, lacking basic "please and thank you" mannerism. It is very unfortunate that employees like Lily (Linda) can and will likely make them go out of business, sadly. She makes the Government ADOT employees look like Super Stars.yes, that bad.
Never doing business there ever again!

We too experienced a very rude, argumentative woman today. While we obviously did not have what we needed to renew my wife’s driver’s license, there was absolutely no reason for her to snap at us when we presented documents that did not qualify. I do not have a problem being told no, but to earn my business I expect to be treated with respect. There are too many other third party companies out there to ever waste my time at this place again.

Came here with the hopeful intent of avoiding a busy DMV situation- walked in and place was completely desolate with 4-5 female employees all sitting at their computers. Not one person said hello. I checked in at the kiosk, which not sure why even necessary I was the only one there, and immediately was taken back. I approached a window as I could not tell who said they would help and the female was unpleasant and instead of directing me towards the person who did say they’d help she said “it wasn’t me”. It seemed like I was majorly inconveniencing their day when they all were sitting around. While I was getting assisted two other customers came in, the girl at the window next to where I was being assisted sighed and said “this is just great why is it so busy already”. Wow, who knew that coming to your job actually would require one to work! Same employee was super unpleasant and rude to a gentlemen and when she could not help him she was dismissive and had no apologetic bone in her body. It seemed like all the employees were not sure what they were doing and continued to ask for help from an older blond female. Unfortunately they did not know what they were doing on registering a vehicle and told me I would have to contact KIA- yes KIA and ask them to add their finance information to this locations database as they could not “find” them. Not really sure how that would be my responsibility and seems quite odd that one of the largest companies is not in their database. Needless to say would be better served at the true DMV

As most others have said, super unprofessional and horrible /rude customer service. I walked in and it was absolutely empty and no one working at the counter acknowledged me as a customer with even a simple hello, or what can we help you with. After punching my name in the computer. I dealt with the younger woman with hand tattoos and the whole time she acted like I was a bother - when the place was empty! The rudeness I could’ve gotten over, but she didn’t pay attention to anything that was told to her nor was she willing to answer questions and made the experience worse than going to the real mvd. I had two title transfers to take care of, and after completing one here, went to 1 stop in Anthem - they were super professional and nice and made the experience enjoyable and quick - which is why I’m willing to pay the premium for a 3rd party service.

I will say the lady (no one had name tags from what I could tell) I was dealing with at window 5 was extremely unprofessional, but the older blonde woman (I believe named Mary) next to her in window 4 was very helpful and professional the handful of times she had to help out.

2 women in there, won’t even call them ladies, because they were far from it. Absolutely unhelpful and rude. Argumentative and smug. The older women is always unwilling to help or put any amount of effort into anything. The other one was just looking for a fight. I have registered 10+ vehicles through there, but I can say with certainty, never again! Hope for the owners sake they get some people in there with some class and personality. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Will never go here again. I pay a fair amount to register my cars and expect them to be - at the very least - polite. The first person nearest the door on 7-13-23 was clearly not happy to be working. I asked her if she was having a bad day because she was clearly not having a good day. She was wearing a ratty faded t shirt - not dressed for work. This is a representative of AZ DOT? Sad.

I dont understand the bad reviews. Other DMV areas YES, AWFUL. But THIS ONE? AMAZING, The ladies are super friendly and are not rude whatsoever.i waited in line for literally two minutes, was in and out in less than 30! They even gave me a coupon to the donut place next door. I will be telling everyone to come to this third party location! I dont care if its 40 miles from me!
