Impressed! In my experience, they communicated well by text, were available and friendly, had very competitive prices (the best I found), and ended up processing my request for a fob programming and key cut faster than initially promised.

I'm truly impressed by the level of service I received! Today, I came in to have my car's key fob replaced, convinced it was a lost cause. However, it turned out that a simple battery replacement was all that was needed. The technician swapped out the battery and assured me that everything was functioning flawlessly. This establishment's honesty, friendliness, and willingness to educate their customers saved me a significant sum – over $200 – that I would have otherwise spent on a new key. I'll certainly be a returning customer and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Ryan is awesome, came out the same day, and had my key fob in stock. It was a OEM fob to top it off! He made my weekend, we lost my wife's key fob and were feeling hopeless. Ryan saved the day. Would highly recommend him!

They answered their phones both times I called. They were very friendly and helpful. We had them make a 2nd key for a work vehicle and their price was better than any other locksmith (and we compared with several). They even went above and beyond with their service and exceeded our expectations so much so that our employee that took the vehicle down to them called our office and told us how great this place is and that they are going to use them for their own locksmith needs. He said "Ryan was super nice". As a small business ourselves we appreciate other businesses that clearly value their customers.

Best locksmith in Arizona. If I could give Arizona Car Keys and Remotes more than 5 stars I would. Called Ryan @ACR&R after dealing with the dealership and a few other locksmiths that either did not have the right equipment or did not show up. Anyways, Ryan was super professional and had everything he needed to reprogram my new remotes and then cut the keys as well, actually better than the dealership and way cheaper! He had to download extra software for my particular vehicle which because of the license he holds can do it. This was great news because several other locksmiths did not want to do that because it would cost them extra money. Ryan just wants happy customers that keep coming back which I will do in the future! Thanks Ryan!

Exceptional service and professionalism. Bought a used BMW and took it to Az Car Keys and Remotes to get a second key cut - I was quoted $250, very reasonable compared to the dealer. Ryan had difficulties in programming the new fob, and had to replace a board in the vehicle, which ment leaving my vehicle with him for a few days, he even offered a rental vehicle, which I didn't require. Long story made short, he ended up programing not one, but 2 extra keys for me, and then refused any payment as he thought he had inconvienced me. Ryan possesses a "can do" attitude and outstanding professional ethics that are not common in todays business world. Thankyou Ryan for a job well done.

Very pleased with my experience. I was able to make an appointment same-day and come from Globe to have my keys programmed for the ECU I replaced. Very friendly guy! My midwestern self isn’t used to experiencing that here in Arizona. I was in and out quickly and for less than what the dealer would charge. Highly recommended!
