They helped me out a lot, gave me good advice, and even helped me treat a bad cut I received on my leg. Great CU

Couldn’t cash a check with a sister bank even though they are supposed to be able to do everything that that bank can do. They have done it before at a different branch. They said they aren’t allowed to anymore. So what did I do you ask? I went to WALMART. Who could cash it. What a concept. It’s sad that Walmart gave me better customer service and zero hassle conspired to a “co branch”

Been banking here for over five years, never had a problem and every branch I have walked into has been friendly and professional.

Hours operation aren’t correct. They close at 5: 30pm now.
Disappointing when companies don’t to their so diligence and stay on top of this stuff.

I love banking with AZ Central. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they don't have a bunch of hidden fees like banks do.

Arizona Central Credit Union is exactly what I have been looking for. Full disclosure - I work with ACCU as a third party vendor - and was very hesitant at first to open an account with the brand since I am only in AZ a fraction of my time. I also thought that there may be a potential conflict given my my close affiliation with their main office. Ok, now that that's out of the way, boy was I wrong! Azcentralcu or ACCU as they're called is the best Credit Union I have ever been a member of and that includes USAA (not really a full CU) but identical offerings just more expensive! With that said, no matter what time of the year, Arizona Central Credit Union is always running some sort of sweet promotion whether it pertain to their personal loan, auto loan, conventional loans, HARP loans, etc rates or their banking/credit department who was delightfully FRIENDLY, INFORMED, FAST, & let's not forget LOCAL. During the call, I made a point of not telling the representative that I had a relationship with the HQ team in Downtown Phoenix to get the authentic experience. Authentic was what I got! At a solid 4.5/5 - she even directed me to their highest-in-class mobile apps for both iOS and Android with 1,000's of positive reviews each when I grew playfully agitated that they were not currently offering Apple Pay.

If you're not a big reader feel free to skip down here.
From my banking "career" starting as a young kid I can count over 15-20 different banks that I have worked with. May sound really high but my favorite small-town bank without the small town fees (reminds me of ACCU because of service and rates) was bought out 4 times, each subsequent time losing a few more local employees - you knwo the one's who wave and skip a beat calling your name when you walk through the door to try to reclaim an overdraft that occured for roughly 2 minutes due to a weekend float matching up $1.00 off from the balance available and not what you transferred prior to. This bank! No problem, waive overdrafts! Going to Paris? Wave international fees because you share much more than being Arizonan's with ACCU. I know I share friends, colleagues, work ethic, football games, exploring the Red Rocks and other outdoor parks just like all of my fellow team members! Just like you. So what do you have to lose? Azcentral credit union is definitely made up of great people and their leadership team is made up of members like me or you! That's right, no public quarterlies to make or break the executive committee on the national stage, no hidden fees, and most importantly - ACCU aims to instill Arizonan community values throughout the state within it's brand mantra and let it's leadership team have the final say! Checks and balances.cough cough. Check out this page FYI: http://joinus.arizonaccu.com/ to save $200 by signing up today! I know I did!
