I am helping an elderly neighbor with a tripping breaker on his HVAC. I had figured it was probably one of the power cables that wasn't connected anywhere. I was wrong. It turns out it's a compressor that is over amping and tripping the breaker. He arranged a sales estimate call for replacement of part and or unit. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy with the workers that have come to service the system. However I think the company needs to work on communicating with its customers. I was told that my part would be in on Friday the 11th and when I called the Following Monday I was told it would be in on the 22nd. I'm typically understanding of this sort of happening but, the temp has been in the high 30s and I'm apparently 2 weeks out from getting things fixed. With no explanation or even a single call or email with updates.

As always I will be happy to update my review if my issue is taken seriously.

I have been using Arizona comfort system for the service on my HVAC unit and they have consistently went down hill in there service repair employees. This last visit my husband had to help the repair guy diagnose the problem. That was after the repair technician tried to tell my husband that the problem was the Reversing Valve which happens to cost 3,000 to 4,500 dollars. The problem actually was the electronic board. The board cost 89.00 and has four screws that hold it in place and they charged me $440.00 to replace it. We would of bought and replaced the board ourselves, but we had no part number to purchase the correct board. I feel that the work performed for 440.00 was way to expensive and the fact that my husband had to get involved with the diagnostic process to avoid getting charged for something that was not even the problem is absurd. Their highly over priced and under skilled technicians are an insult to all HVAC technicians. I spoke to Adrian the service manager to see if they could be more fair about the cost, he told me no. I will no long use this company.

He came out to check my furnace it was your for quite a while and figured it out and fixed it great experience would use them again

I have a medical condition that requires air conditioning (more than one actually and they are genetic and I live alone). I need this fixed immediately.

We bought our new heater & Ac unit. They removed the swamp cooler with a big crane. We borrowed the $ @ 0% interest & payed it off quicker. Great working with these guys.

Our A/C broke, we called them, after waiting a week for them to come out, the repairman spent about 3 minutes looking at my system, didn't attempt any repairs at all and immediately said its broken and we need a new system. We stupidly believed him and asked for them to send out a sales rep. After talking to the sales rep and not wanting to spend $12,000 to get a whole new system, he also said he was going to see about getting us a temporary portable unit as we have a 10 month old baby, we never saw it or heard anything about it. We called another technician in town, the tech came out the next morning and connected 2 wires and my system was back on! Cost me $100. I have been paying for the platinum maintenance service for about a year, they are supposed to come out twice a year and service and clean my entire system, the tech from the other company said it looks like the outside had never been touched. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this company.

Jacob diagnosed the issue with the AC in our apartment and then took the time to fix the way we had installed a portable AC. Excellentservice

I AM PLEASED THAT IGNACIO WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND HE KNEW HIS JOB AND EXPLAINED IT TO ME AS TO WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE TO OUR HVAC SYSTEM DURING INSTALLATION OF A NEW HVAC

The employees have always been amazing when visiting our home. Straight forward and helpful with all our questions. We had a vent cleaning and maintenance check on our sytems when we first moved in to our house. Then in the middle of this HOT summer our system stopped working and they were very helpful in showing our options and financing without pushing for an immediate answer (I like to take my time evaluting all my options).

Definitely recommend for cleanings, maintenance, and removal of old/install on new system!

Horrible experience.
Brand new furnace installed by AZ Comfort Systems last winter. And now this winter it doesn't work. Their installation was horrible, the vent they installed didn't fit and they left my house messy. I have to pay a lot more just to have them diagnose the problem, when it's their fault. It seems like a scam to me. I'm furious.

We had our entire heating and cooling system replaced. Everyone at Arizona Comfort Systems was very professional. The system was delivered and installed as promised. I am very happy with the service.

Did a great job. On time and fully explained the current status of our systems and answer any questions. Highly recommend
