Some office staff greet you when you sign in, some don’t. When not greeted and just told to sign in and have a seat is really disappointing. Medical records hardly answer the phone the office seems to be too busy for the amount of front office people they hired. Overall, an okay experience in the office but nothing to rave to your friends and family about.

The front desk is an absolute joke that is staffed by some of the most unprofessional and laziest people! They will do anything in their power to make sure you do not get your imaging done, especially if you are a walk in at the request of your doctor. The front desk should all be fired for their attitude and shear incompetence, as patient care and service is not a priority.

I have been going here for years and they are like a personal family. I look forward to seeing them every year for my mammogram.

When I made my appointment they told me 0855. When I received a text they told me my appointment was at 0910. This place is unorganized and have rude staff. All they can say is we sent you a text and it should say this.
Plus staff refused me on my appoint ment because I showed up at my regular appointment time of 0745 appointment time. They said you needed to be here 15 minutes before your appoint and it is imperative you arrive early. I will not be back until theses last and staff have better customer service.
