I gave 1 star because you cant give 0 stars. The child supports staff doesn't return phone calls or answer their phones. I can't even get a hold of a receptionist most of the time.

They removed their phone number and now there's no way of getting in contact with an actual person to ask quick questions. I guess their office is going to be extremely busy now.

The phone service sucks! Don't know why they have it no one answers! Online service is no better!

I had a pleasant visit, the only thing I would like to be added would be seating outside the facility. Many of the customers are elderly and many of us have disabilities creating a handicap.

A place where government workers actually try to serve the public well. Better than the Phoenix branch, faster too.

I was embarrassed when I visited for the first time. The clerk at the unemployment desk did not understand, so she call for a superior, when she came the first explained to the second employee what she thought I needed in Spanish. I was shocked to her his because the first employee I explained every detail in English and was underdtood. The supervisor turned to me and explained they could not help me here I had to do everything on line and through the mail. Gave me a paper to the website and walked away. Strange, but is this the new America. Sad.

I went in to this office to apply for unemployment and one of their employees (Rosie) was extremely rude to me. From the moment that she asked me my name to she gave me attitude and spoke to me with a really bad tone of voice. She seemed stressed out and unwilling to help out. I told her I was sorry if she was having a bad and stressful day but it wasn't my fault and she shouldn't be taking it out on others. I had a terrible experience and when I told her she was being rude instead of apologizing she asked "how? ". I asked her to guide to someone else who would be able to help me better since she didn't want to help & at the end she just took my paper rudely and I just decided to walk away. This is extremely unacceptable, specially since it is a government office.
