Waste of tax payers money, 12 people sit on their but and no one can assist you. Waste of time, this place is a joke. Typical poorly run programs for the State of Arizona.

I'm great full for the help but right now there not doing good I did my renewal a few months ago and even though I had 2 different agents tell me my renewal went through now being the 1st well past the 1st I did not receive any of my ebt witch unfortunately I need right now for my family my hubby job is going good but we still live check to check and that dose not include food I fell bad enough as it is asking for help but when you really need it it dose help but when there system if the one that messes up and they tell you to re apply agin only to not process it at all and still waiting I need the food stamps like now I used this to keep meat and vegetables and snacks for my kids even worse because schools out so please des review my paper work if things were not so expensive I would be okay but everything is just going to keep going up this world is getting ridiculous

Im on social security and live in my car and they consider a car a house. A car isn't a house so my benefits are $20 dollars month for food. The only thing I'll get is bottle water. I had to leave the place i was at caue they sold the house and i had to move out. This happens all the time in kingman az. U would think with all the empty lots around they coud build affordable housing but know body cares. And the people in the office don't car e either. Maybe i should start a tent city in one of the empty lots!

Their call center is an absolute joke. It's near impossible to get put through to talk to a worker. And 99 percent of the time you're hung up on or get "disconnected" I had 3 workers tell me I turned in everything needed and then shortly after being disconnected and re calling I had another worker tell me half the things I KNOW I turned in, and were confirmed to be turned in by the previous 3 workers, we're not turned in.
There is also no reason why people should be telling their private info to someone who does not help with your case, and end up having to transfer you to a worker who again gets your info. It's honestly baffling how disorganized this place is.

Local office is not open to public and I can't get ahold of a anybody on the phone to renew my benefits.

No phone number and the call center is always busy they keep saying call back for four days now we have a review due and we are in quarantine Heiw do it they expect us us to eat.so how do they expect us to do a review

Everything is online and can't get it done in the office. Makes it harder to do paper work.
One of the office ladies is rude when going in and it's not Guaranteed if you get food stamps after the 30 days is up but you can get food box that doesn't help you eat the whole month with kids. At least other state worries about the kids eating.

Went in to request new card front desk lady said she canceled my old one and a new one will be mailed to me in 3 to 7 days. Passes I call to find out she didn't do anything really not exceptable I have children in the home.

Terrible! They don't have a local number to call Can't get ahold of a live body!

Horrible experience can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone at any time of day or any day of the week, just left in limbo. Only gave one star so I could review.
