Friendly staff, but always extremely busy. Plan for a full day here, 6+ hours. Even if you have all your paperwork, this is Not a quick process. Before going fill out your application online, bring everything with you, EVERYTHING. If you do these things you will get things going in the right direction quickly without a headache for you. If you are unsure of what you need, CALL first; so you don't waste your time and theirs.

Lady was very helpful after I waiting 46 minutes in line upon arrival just to receive a waiting number to be seen by the people in the back. Jeez
But shockingly surprised how easy / hassle-free this visit has been!

This location is blazingly fast compared to others, this is a positive review no doubt. Keep up the good work!

Worst place ever! The lady with the glasses was no help. They have the worst customer service. I came here so many times and they keep on losing all my paperwork. They can’t do there job right.

I went in to this place sat down say bout 4 minutes when I was called to the back by this pretty and tall black girl name started with R.she was very professional and polite it is about time they got someone with sense.

Good service, friendly, and super helpful well some of them. The lady in the front her name starts with a (M) she wears glasses, shes amazing, shes helpful, caring, and just a happy person all around! Thank you lady (M) for great service and being so kind!

The customer service is very good here most of the time. The wait time is generally not an all day process if you plan ahead. The workers are polite and get the whole process done rather diligently.

Horrible wait times an no communication for information for people who never been here before I swear it's easier online but yet still retarded it takes just as long as waiting in person funny how its ran by ppl who fled from a country with economic problems yet they here to help us

They act like you are taking money from their own pockets.if it wasnt for people like us they wouldn't have a job.so they need to take that attitude somewhere else stop being so rude to people.no one people come in here with attitudes.you guys make it hard to help anyone.i would love to see one of them in our shoes.

Never been here before, however got a lot of nerve sh** talking another place trying to help us get better now, so no wonder if it goes under!

I've been calling for three days to talk to a specialist about canceling my $20.00 of food stamps, because of income change. And I've waited on line for over thirty minutes one day. I've gotten disconnected everytime. I'm disabled and can't come. I don't want to be acussed of not reporting.

Single mom and I only get 15.00 in food. And I pay for everything. The staff treat you like your ignorant. The staff are very disrespectful and don't believe anything you say.

Worse than the dmv. The wait times and the staffing is stupid. Slower than molasses in winter time, and it's summer.

3 stars because i was able to do the social workers job at home on the internet. What i did for free, they get paid ridiculous amounts to make you wait in a lobby for.

Been here since now it's 12: 42 said two people in front of me know been like 10 people. Gosh do these people need to pull there head out there ass.

Regardless of your cry baby excuse. They help us and we go to them they don't go to us. Don't forget where you come from lol
