This entire process went way more smoothly than I anticipated. The parking is easily accessible, and the woman that helped me, Maria was INCREDIBLE!

Warning! Although online is says the building is open until 5, the security closes the doors at 4: 15 so that the last appointment is at 4: 30, so they can actually leave the building at 5! But don’t cut it too close.

It was ok. You go there, get a number and wait to talk to someone.

They gave me my adult education certification, but secondary education certificate would take 8-10 weeks.way too long.

Osborn Middle School / Transportation

A Bus driver named Aaron took it upon his self to return my daughter and other children to Osborn Middle School because another student was playing music on the bus. The bus driver has no right do so. It is the bus driver and school district responsibility to make sure that my child and any other child that rides the bus that they get home safely. If the children were being out of control then the bus driver should have pulled the bus over and called the appropriate people to assist with the situation. Then when I call the transportation department John is unavailable how surprising, and Debbie hung up on me three times because she didn’t like the way I was talking well, it is your job to make sure my child gets home safely and you FAILED and put my child safety in danger and I have a huge problem with it. This is unacceptable and you all should learn how to deal with parents when a situation like this happen. That is your Job.

I been here at 15: 30 on Friday and had to wait for almost one hour but the service was nice though and they accepted credit cards.

I'm disappointed in ADE. They take too long to process certifications. I've been waiting for 7 weeks now and haven't gotten anything from them.
I know their website says up to 10 weeks;however, this is a business. Meaning they need to hire more help or something to meet the demands, it's  ridiculous. Compared to other states ADE system is too old fashion and needs to be updated to meet the demands of this new era, especially with this teacher shortage happening here.
This long wait just makes it worst for students and parents. The school year is almost over and the position I was trying to fill has been taken. I know I have to be patient but the ADE should really consider making the process easier and shorter.

When the instructions in a voice mail selection takes more than three minutes then something is obviously wrong.

Staff is very kind, and Sup. Douglas is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. The department is obviously well run.

Nice, quick, and convenient. The folks there are very warm and friendly like Central Arizona's weather between Halloween and the end April.
