17Got travel ID w no issues after online application was denied but system had all documents I had uploaded. Staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and best of all friendly. A surprisingly pleasant ordeal, in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Had to run in an get some documents ordered. Great staff, quick and efficient. 5 to 10 minutes tops.
Always a quick experience going here! As long as you know what you need for what you're doing, you'll be in and out in a heartbeat! The staff are always so polite and knowledgeable.

I was scheduled for a motorcycle test during a time they don't do the tests. Big lack of communication. They will take walkins if there are no or few appointments scheduled.

I got scammed and the scammers have all of my information on my license so I needed to get a new one. I tried going in there and they told me I can’t get helped unless I call. Their lines are always unavailable. I went in again today and said I wasn’t allowed to come in unless I had an appointment. After I tried to explaining it to them, they told me to get out. They have rude people working there. I’m really frustrated and if I get a bunch of credit cards opened up in my name, it’s their fault.
I was in and out in 20 minutes. Just got a new car and had to register my vehicle and get some plates. I'm from Tucson Arizona. In Tucson it takes upwards to an hour or more. Very kind and easy to work with staff.
I sent in my application for new tabs April 15 recieved a confirmation 4 days later at this point in time April13 I still have not recieved my tabs. I am sure that I will be stopped for tabs out of date. What is the hold up? I would like to ditto post about your response of " all lines are busy" no matter when called.
Since COVID, this MVD has been the absolute worst to deal with. There is so much chsis in simply trying to register a vehicle, let alone trying to book an appointment online. Many people who did book an appointment claim they were not on the list upon arrival. If the employees care about customer service, they have a weird way of showing it. Even the online site that their door sign has referred us to is utter chaos.
