My visits to Arizona Desert ENT have been great. They got me in quickly for my first visit. Dr. Iarocci is great! Everyone I had interaction with was very personable and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this practice.

I was beyond happy with my experience at Arizona Desert ENT Specialist. Dr. Andrew Iarocci is truly amazing. His happy disposition immediately set a positive tone for my appointment. He was very busy but he didn't rush my appointment. He acted as if my appointment was the only appointment he had. He was thorough, knowledgable and really listened.
The office staff, especially Jacob were very friendly and helpful.
I suffer from "white coat" syndrome and can honestly say my experience at AZ Desert ENT changed my view of medical care.
I wholeheartedly recommend AZ Desert ENT, specifically Dr. Andrew Iarocci for your care.

I did have to wait longer than my scheduled appointment but it was well worth it!
Dr Iarocci did a fantastic job figuring out what was wrong with me. After almost 3 months of being sick I am feeling so much better thanks to him caring and being determined to help his patients.
The rest of the staff was courteous and friendly.

Dr. Andrew larocci was amazing, he took his time explaining my treatment plan, not once did I feel like he was being rushed to see the next patient, overall everything was great and satisfied! Excellent work, really try their hardest to figure out what could be causing issues rather than immediately jumping to a conclusion. I went to one ENT, who did a CT and said I needed sinuplasty, performed that and nothing got better. Went to AZ Desert and their CT showed a deviated septum, in which when the doctor showed me the picture made me furious at the other clinic. AZ Desert corrected my deviated septum and I can breath so much better, wife says i don't snore anymore also. Not saying you'll have these results, but trust me work with AZ Desert ENT before anyone else

The wait times seem to get longer and longer. Waited an hour and a half for my last appointment and there was still another person ahead of me. I had to reschedule because I had to be somewhere else in an hour.

Drs are great. Office staff needs to learn proper billing practices will not return here.
You can not charge for a secondary copay if its higher than the primary insurance. You also cant bill with out the primary processing.
Already reported to our insurance will be reporting to medical board as well.
Jist lost 4 patients due to negligence of billing mananger.

Yes and billing practices also say you cant be charged more than your primary copay. A certified coder is not a a certified biller. Know the difference i work in medical billing. Also department of insurance as well as both my insurance companies agreed what you are doing is illegal. You can not request more. Learn your practices or stay off Google and maybe find a new career path.

Amazing service. Everyone was very upbeat and did a great job of answering my questions. I would've given 5 stars, but there was a lack of clarity regarding the pricing and the separate bill for the anesthesia. So be aware of that going in and everything will be great.
