Horrible experience. They have “gowns” that come to your waist for women having mammogram. I also needed ultra sound. My 46I breasts hang lower than my waist so the “gown” did NOT cover them. They paraded me up and down the hall to waiting area. There was a male custodian doing work in hallway. This was incredibly embarrassing, degrading and humiliating. They seriously couldnt afford a few extra inches of material for the “gowns. ” I dont think i will EVER go there again.

I was very pleased with the welcome when I arrived knowing I didn’t have an appointment when I came in. They told me it could be an hour and I said no problem. There was a no show so the tech took me in early. She was very gentle with me and made getting on the table easy and as painless as possible. Much better than I had expected. Great job.

I went for a CT of the kidney with contrast. The young woman who performed my test was very knowledgeable and curteous.
Since I made the decision to not go back to Simon Medical, I have no regrets!

Every thing was great, everyone was polite and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, competent and professional at all times.

Had mri of knee here. Was checked in quickly. Mri tech was nice and friendly. Overall excellent experience here.

Waited about an hour for my MRI scan in a cold waiting room. No one checked on me or came to tell me why they were running late. Finally technician came to get me & said she had a couple difficult scans before me. Someone could have told me that & not make me think they just forgot me.

Had X - Rays done here. I found the staff in front of the house, as well as the x-ray personnel, to be courteous and professional.

Very nice people. 2 items that were not great is the over an hour wait for my mammogram/dexascan and that there was no private changing area, I had 2 appointments and had to carry my clothes in my hands (no bag) from 1 scan room to the next.

Staff are very nice and professional! The area is clean and I was not waiting for a long period of time to be seen.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. I had a good experience on my visit today. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mom had a CT scan here today, Carmen was INCREDIBLE! Super kind and caring. Very informative and helpful. The ladies up front were also great!

I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt considering I previously had a weird experience there the first where I had a breast ultrasound done and they had me wait in a room in a paper vest where men who were working on the building kept walking by a looking into the room my next not so good experience was when I went in for an mri of my breast I told the lady I previously had a reaction to a contrast she informed me that they were different, and hers is considered to be very mild toward the end of my mri my neck started to burn so I pushed the emergency ball to tell them it was burning and they took me out saying I was finished with my mri she touched the area and told it was hot to get dressed and if I need the doctor she was right there well I got dressed went back to the front because I had my baby with me went to the bathroom my neck and face were red and splotchy as soon as I went outside my face neck and shoulders started to burn like I had a sun burn I went back in and told the front desk ladies they went to get the doctor who took me into a room and checked my vitals at first she was rude then she started to be nice she said I was having a reaction to the contrast and telling me next time to inform the person doing the procedure of my previous reaction, which I proceeded to tell her that I did, and the lady told me that it was fine, but in all reality, I feel like they burned me while doing the mri and said that I was having a reaction to the contrast that they gave me my whole visit took 3 hours my skin continue to burn until the next day

You never send my results to my doctor without me hounding you. If a doctor refers me.then send the report!
