11Scheduling an appointment to visit Dr. Faybush was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful! I didn't wait long in the waiting room before I met with Dr. Faybush. She is awesome! She took her time to ask various questions to pin point what could be wrong with me and she listened attentively. She was friendly, personable and offered great solutions. I felt comfortable with her and really appreciated that she took her time! These days it seems doctors are in and out quickly when meeting patients and not really listening, but not her. I highly recommend!
Absolutely horrific experience. Sat in the waiting room for close to two hours. Dr.maybe spoke to me for five minutes then charged me an exorbitant amount on the bill. Had to call the corporate office multiple times and have yet to receive a phone call back. Even though I’ve never received a call back nor have they corrected the billing issue they still are trying to send me to collections to pay a bill that is not accurate. I find it extremely funny that the only callback that I have received was an automated call late at night telling me that I’m going to be placed into collections if I don’t pay my bill soon. What a complete joke.
I have worked in healthcare industry for 30 years and this company is a joke. They don't answer the phones. I lost the info to which Mesa office I was supposed to go to so I called well ahead of time to find out which office. Called 3 different clinics and none would answer the phone. Straight to the vm. Then I took my chance to go to the baseline office since the dobson office is closed and the staff there, as frustrated as I was, gave me lame excuses o why they didn't answer the phones. Missed my appt with Dr. Magahony. I see a lot of bad reviews and it is obvious they don't care. So gave them the bird and left. They are a joke. What a great way to run the business down. They apparently lost the Dobson location. I would not recommend this medical place. Their loss.
I am having a lot of issues with my GI tract right now and after having a very bad experience 10 years ago with GI Drs I was crazy nervous to see another. He recognized my stress, talked to me, really listened to me, and got started with plans immediately. After my testing I've had more issues. Dr. Saperstein literally callef me back himself at like 2: 30 in the afternoon between patients to help me. The call back was less than 10 mins after my call. I really recommend Dr Saperstein. Great job!
This place is a joke. Last week we went in there 15 minutes before appointment like they asked we weren't seen for over an hour past our appt time. Now my wife has a scheduled for a procedure for tomorrow. They called today and said because of another cancellation she has to be moved to a different time. My wife has already set up everything with her work and can't move times. So they cancelled her appointment. We are switching doctors.
Careless mistakes were made by administrative staff.e. G. I waited a month for an appointment with Dr Foutch. The day before the appointment I get a reminder my appointment is with a different doctor! I had to wait another month. Then they forgot to get medical records transferred to their office before my appointment. Dr Foutch was exceptionally nice. He spent the time to explain things and answer all my questions but I changed my mind about having an endoscopy and colonoscopy when the administrative staff could not answer what my costs would be. Their paperwork clearly indicated I was giving them a blank check to charge whatever they wanted in addition to my copay and whatever my insurance paid them. In my books this is totally unacceptable.
Great experience. Marianne Rosati NP is very knowledgable and compassionate. She explains everything in clear detail. I feel like I'm in good hands.
The NP (M. Rosati) at this facility is great! She takes the time to answer all your questions and makes it very easy for you to feel comfortable answering very uncomfortable digestive questions. Even after leaving the practice it is very easy to contact her regarding additional questions or concerns that didn’t occur to you during the appointment. She is amazing and gets back to you personally with your lab results in a timely manner. Is it possible to give additional stars?
My husband had an appointment here and blood work that was ordered a few months. After more than a month we still hadn't heard anything back about the results.after several phone calls from us calling to ask about it, apparently Labcorp, who they had sent us to for the bloodwork, had forgotten to run the test (and at this point it's now been so long - over a month - that they can't use the blood to run the test anymore, and asked us to come in again to have it redrawn). While the bloodwork error isn't on the part of Arizona Digestive Health, you would think that they should have noticed they hadn't received anything back without us having to inquire MULTIPLE TIMES without getting a callback (as was promised) as to what was going on or why we hadn't received anything. Very poor organization and communication on the part of this office. HUGE waste of time and money - will not be going back, and wouldn't recommend anyone else to this office either.
Dr Faybush really took the time to understand my history and came up with a treatment plan that works and is suited to my needs.
Not happy. Getting a new referral. My mom was supposed to see one Dr then was switched to another who wasnt friendly or nice. Upon prepping for her colonoscopy and taking the horrible liquid to clean her out was last minute canceled on the day before the testing. I looked back at her call log 2 days ago she had called in and was told nothing about rescheduling. And no other calls were inbound from the office which the scheduler stated she did call and left messages. No messages left. No inbound calls. Lies. Not a good facility and lack of professionalism
