Knowledgeable staff got me in fast to see PA and was an excellent visit than calmed all my worries and gave me a future plan!

Been getting my colon checked here for around 20 years now. Dr. Cho has always done a very good job. Pre-procedure appointment with Shauna and Troy went well and answered all my questions.

Your letter you sent me says "we would appreciate if you called with in 3 business day for cancelation " to me thats a recommendation not a requirement, they want to charge me $150. How rude.

This a very efficient facility run by personnel who care about their patients. The friendly staff make you feel important and give you their full attention. Highly recommend.

I have been visiting this office since Dr. Cho first started in practice here. They have expanded greatly in all those years and with increasing size there is increasing chance for less attention to every detail.

I never received any reminder of my upcoming appointment on 09-28-23. So, on the day of the appointment, I called to verify that I actually had an appointment. The on-hold time before I could ask a person was 14 minutes.

After confirmation, I asked if the practice did or didn't attempt appointment reminders. The answer was affirmative, and I was told my home had been called two or three times on 9-26-23 without the phone being answered. No message was left (likely the calling party was a computer). I verified they were using the correct number to reach me.

I then checked my Cox phone service "calls-received" history for the date of 9-26-2023 only to find that there were no calls placed to my number from any source other than a nuisance number which has been calling for months. The same was true for every day in the preceding week.

My visit to the practice went well. Friendly and efficient receptionists. On time visit with my gracious and competent Nurse Practitioner. She screened me for a procedure that I've had done before. She advised me that another person would be coming in with more forms to fill out.

Upon completion of those forms I was dismissed.

As I walked out I realized that after agreeing to pay the practice if I failed to show up for my procedure appointment.that I hadn't been given an appointment.or any copies of what I had signed.

So I asked the front desk and they were befuddled by the fact that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. They asked who I had seen and then almost as an after-thought stated that I would be called.

I'm now waiting to accomplish scheduling the procedure, which in my simplistic mind should have been done while I was physically present in the office.

Now I have to hope that whenever I am called it will be a real person calling. And, that I am available to answer the phone. If not, then I'll have to call them back and waste more time on hold to get to a scheduling person.

I am fully satisfied with the quality of care I have received over the years, and believe that will continue.

I offer this message as constructive criticism, and hope that better communication will be accomplished in the future.

I saw Shauna as Dr. Vulcano was not available. She is amazing. She explained everything to me and spent time telling me about any test that I might need. I would definitely see her again if needed.

Dr walker is very caring and compassionate. Recently had a procedure done and everyone was so nice and comforting. Finally found a great place to get digestive issues resolved. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my care.

Fantastic Doctors and staff! They go that extra step in dealing with your care! Thanks to that, I was in for my 1st office visit 8 years ago, and instead of going forward with a colonoscopy, Shauna admitted me to Banner with Stage IV ovarian cancer! Yes, I did get my colonoscopy, eventually. An easy process!
