Arizona Energy Pros did a great job adding an additional, TV-height outdoor outlet for us, and also completed a ceiling fan installation. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally, and follow up communication after I filled out their online form was great. We'll be contacting them again for any future electrical projects!

Issue 1: Salesman had told us that we were going to be getting first 5 months of payments free towards panel payments since it would take time for panels to accrue credits. After we started getting billed for the panels we were wondering why because we were under impression they would take care of ⁵ first 5 months for us. After getting the bill I texted the salesman and found out I needed to email someone (which was not explained in the beginning) and send a receipt so I can get reimbursed for the payments. It took forever to get reimbursed and I only received 4/5 reimbursement checks.
Issue 2: Salesman made it seem like panels would be monitored and if there were ever any issues it would be troubleshot and fixed. We are now in month of June, noticed our electric bill is pretty high, come to find out SRP told us our solar panels have not been generating any power since April. So we have been paying for panels that have not accrued any credits to help decrease our electric bill along with electric bill. Getting no benefit of having panels. Poor communication and not following through with what they say. Would not recommend.

I contacted Arizona Energy Pros and explained my situation through their website contact form. I was emailed back by their rep who asked me my address and if my system had been installed by them, even though I already provided this information on their contact form.

After providing the info they asked for, I was again emailed by their rep who asked for my phone number, and I provided it.

Never heard from them again despite emailing them. No email, phone call, or text.

Very unprofessional. You would be better served using somebody else.

AE Pros - Trong, Tommy, Pat and Joseph - installed our solar panels last week and did a great job. They were on time, efficient, professional and especially easy to deal with. The panels were positioned where we expected, so that they are minimally visible from the street. They explained the new electrical circuitry and the monitoring capabilities. All in all it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible company to deal with. Not professional at all. They hire a bunch of very shady people and they lied about tax credit on my solar panels. They've been reported to the BBB several times. Not recommended at all

Very Professional and did the work as promised. Had 3 GFCI's installed plus other miscellaneous electrical issues taken care of. Work was done according to agreed specifications and was also done in a very timely manner. Great team and would definitely hire again.

Mike and Ali were great. They installed 18 can lights, multiple dimmer switches, and moved a fan. They showed up on time and we’re very polite and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Energy Pros for all your electrical needs.

Yes I chose to go with this company for solar, big mistake. Panels were installed in Oct and it is now April and I am still waiting for the panels to be turned on. They haven’t replaced my pavers nor have they rehung my gate after fixing my riser over a month ago. I’ve been waiting a cpl months for rebate checks for my solar payments that I’ve made even though my panels aren’t producing energy. They don’t respond to any of my emails. This company has made it a nightmare to going solar. I would not recommend this company at least not for solar services. I’ve asked them several times to just come take the panels back, I do not want solar anymore after this experience. The response I finally Dodd get from Jessie is “ they are your panels now” what kind of response is that? With no attempt to correct the issue. I’m so over and done with this company and solar. I strongly don’t recommend this company!

Arizona Energy Pros completed an electrical repair on an outdoor pergola. They quickly isolated the issue and completed the repair. Extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use them again!

We were looking to get a charger installed for our new electric vehicle, as well as two other odd electrical jobs that we needed to be either done or fixed. Arizona Energy Pros was one of the companies that I called and received quotes from. Their company was not only the most cost efficient, but also the most helpful! They worked with me and my husband and answered any questions that we had. I just added 10 more solar panels and I have to say the people who came out to install the panels and etc were really a great bunch to do this type of work. Their names were Nate, Patrick, Tommy and Cesar. They were polite, knowledgeable and seem to like doing their jobs. They were very easy to talk to about almost anything and they really helped with my new puppy I had just gotten. I was very pleased with their work and their conversation. Arizona Energy Pros has been great to work with! Cooper and Dylan were great when it came to the initial conversation of getting solar installed. They patiently walked me through all of the information, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond when it came to dealing with switching from a different company. Their pricing was much more reasonable than other quotes I had received and they were a pleasure to work with. Nate, Cesar, and Tommy did a fantastic job with the installation itself. And Crystal is always timely with email responses and keeping me up to date on the project's progress. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to add solar to their home

Nate, Tommy, and Cesar installed my solar panels. Super nice guys, everything. They got it done in half the time I expected and everything was clean. Even took the time to show me how to use everything.

I could not be more happy with the solar system I got, I waited months to do this review to make sure everything is going to work and now 6 months in and it is working great super happy and will be sending them to all my family and friends!

I was sold on installing solar. I was told the system was produce in the first year 16000 kWh. Over 4 years only 11000 kWh per year, so my electric bill is more. They delayed the install so I get less from APS. The inverter died in less than 4 years so not even producing for months. No idea it was broke since its pulling teeth to get access to monitoring. I had to go to SolarEdge. I thought my bills were high but they don't care. In their eyes it is impossible for something to be wrong on their install. Just stay away.

Great price, quality of work, swift time to schedule and install. Would def recommend to anyone! Also, saved me thousands, because didn't try to sell me a whole a new panel that I didn't need like the other 3 bids I got. Just good quality work at a fair price.
