Have taken both my desert tortoise and rabbit here for various reasons. Staff is always friendly and doctors have been knowledgable and informative.

This place was so wonderful. I am a new turtle parent and my guy had some issues. They were able to squeeze him in without it being an emergency visit and were so kind and understanding. They took care of my little guy, gave me some great info on what I should be doing, and encouraged me that he would be ok. I will definitely use them again every time I need help with him.

I took a little hen to AZ Exotics - I know, most people probably wouldn't but she had a prolapsed egg duct (it was completely outside her body) and I just couldn't see her suffer. The staff at AZ Exotics were very kind and understanding. They treated Hops successfully and sent her home with antibiotics and pain meds. I never thought I would be giving a chicken meds, but it was easy and Hops was very good throughout the entire process. She has completely recovered and has rejoined my little flock. Thanks to the wonderful staff at AZ Exotics, this friendly little hen is pain-free and enjoying life. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone - just because you have an unusual pet family doesn't mean they don't deserve the best care. They will definitely receive that care at AZ Exotics! Dr. Lamb understands African Greys and was very caring and supportive when describing my bird's problem and treatment.

The staff was so caring, my sun was in respiratory distress they told in immediately. Dr. Lamb and all the staff kudos and thank you. I truly recommend them.

We have taken our pet desert tortoises and our pet chickens to get medical treatment from Dr J Johnson and Dr Lamb for the last few years. We are very fortunate the valley have such competent and compassion veterinarian practice that can take care of pets other than the usual dogs and cats.

I was delighted to find Dr Lamb. My Umbrella Cockatoo is also delighted. Portia has always hated vet checkups until Dr Lamb. Dr Lamb is thorough but gentle and Portia tolerated it very well.

Very reasonably priced. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone and wasnt out to make any more money than necessary. I have a Guinea pig and they knew exactly what they were talking about and took very good care of him. Were very quick with the nail trim and check up as not to overly stress him out!

They are very friendly here, I bring my reptiles here when they need a check up or something more serious. They are very understanding too. Of course I can do without the prices but nearly all vets/doctors have high prices.

I wish I had a more positive opinion but I think I’m done with this place. Over the last few years I have brought numerous animals in. NONE of them have survived the treatment plan I have paid dearly for. I have finally decided to look elsewhere. Some of the interactions with the Vetranarians is at best condescending. The last one with purple hair was an idiot and by the way, my animal died 3 days after treatment started. Interesting how dosages from one vet to the next is so inconsistent.

Doctors and staff are awesome! Always friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) always make you feel like you and your pet are the only thing that matters to them. I can't say enough good things about them.

Took my Ferret in for an emergency visit they took care of her quickly and i have them to thank for her speedy recovery. I love this little furry kid.

I absolutely love this place! I take my bird every year for a check-up and have always have great service. Dr Lamb is kind, knowledgeable and doesn’t try to push unnecessary services. Definitely a thumbs up for your exotic pet!

Everyone at this office is extremely nice amd helpful. The vets are really knowledgeable and really care about the animlas they treat. My desert tort has received wonderful treatment.

Dr. Stark is a very kind and thorough in his diagnosis. All the workers are compassionate and understanding of everyone's own situation. I will always take my birds to Az Extcs.

I have 3 aldabra tortoises and when I brought them in for evaluation the entire staff from front desk to techs to veterinarian was amazing. Very nice, very helpful and super caring. (not the fake stuff!) I live over 40 miles away, and won't go anywhere else for care of by aldabras and sulcatas! The best Vet care for exotic animals!

We love Dr. Lamb! She has been treating our guinea pig for a couple of years now. She's always very kind and helpful. Plus their staff is friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them!

My experiences with them have only been positive. Nice staff, easy scheduling, and you can tell they really care about their clients and patients.
