I was treated like a patient not a number didn't have to wait in a long line an was in and out in a timely manner, the customer care ladies were professional and very easy to talk too. Dr Jensen is very polite and caring he truly cares about me and my concerns about my eye health, especially my history regarding eye surgeries and the condition of my eyes.
My nurses were very knowledgeable and respectful, overall I really I had a positive experience at the Eye Consultants of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona Silverbell location and highly recommend Dr Jensen and the nurses who showed respect and concern for my eyes. Special thanks to all staff nurses and Dr Jensen.

The front desk staff was very empathetic and went over and above to get me in to see a Dr within a week as a new patient. Dr Kilgore was very professional and knowledgeable.diagnosed my problems very quickly. This is a busy office, and many visits involve dilating your eyes, so plan on about 2 hours for your visit.they advise you of this on the phone and there are signs in the lobby. Good experience!

June 2023 update: I see Dr Kilgore regularly. I've been having problems with my dry eyes and ocular rosacea so I called on Friday and they got me in yesterday.amazing service and Dr Kilgore is knowledgeable and caring.

Everyone in this office, from the receptionist, the doctor's assistant, to the doctor himself, we're all very professional. Each one treated me with respect and dignity. I look forward to my next eye check up next year.

I'm always happy with the great customer service at the main desk and my doctor and assistants are very professional and detailed in examining my eyes and give me all kinds of information needed for me to be informed about my eyes health. Thank you all for such a great job.

Very thorough eye exam, detailed and well documented and I give 5 stars! The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars was due to the wait time and overflowing waiting rooms. Plan to wait awhile and possibly sit in hallway.

Friendly service and very efficient staff. Wait to see Dr was only four to five minutes and then I was called in to be seen. The female assistant who checked my eyes after laser surgery was friendly and very proficient! Dr Chue was awesome and very thorough. I have an appointment with Dr in four weeks.

My latest appointment at Arizona Eye Consultants went very very well. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally professional and helpful in every way. The technician that administered the procedure was very professional as well and completely knowledgeable of all requirements.

Dr Lane is very good and caring. Her support staff unfortunately, like many other large group practices, is wanting in the customer service area. Rushed, impatient, flustered and then complaining to patient how stressed out they are? Who does that? It’s as if they had forgotten who the provider and patient was. Very unprofessional young inexperienced support staff. Also scheduling was problematic. Scheduled to come in from out of town for a cataract surgery 6 month follow-up. Office calls 3 weeks before scheduled to cancel appointment because “doctor would be out”. Then would not schedule around same time or at same office. Had to reschedule for 2 weeks later in an office 55” away. Doctor had no idea this had happened and seemed genuinely concerned how this had happened.

Evertime I went the staff was very professional and very nice, Dr Jensen a real Sweetheart a very caring Doctor I recommend if you have problems with your eyes go to Arizona eye Consultants aside from Dr Jensen there is more great Doctors️

Arizona Eye Consultants workers from the front desk all the way back to the nurses and doctors in the back they were all kind to me when I was there and want the best for me and other patients as well that what I saw the last time i was there.

Very friendly. I like the way they have it set up. Very well organized. I would definitely recommend it to others. 1 1/2 - 2hrs for your appointment. That's all it takes out of your day.a job well done.

Dr. Levine is such a good ophthalmologist and the staff, overall, is great, too; otherwise, I would not subject myself to the packed waiting room of unmasked patients, and the long wait time. The best I can do is to schedule my appointment ASAP on any given day.and bring a book!

All staff from front desk to checking out was a great experience - very friendly. Dr Levine is so great. He answers all your questions with a smile, although you can't see it cause of the mask. I'm happy with this medical office

Knowledgeable and efficient staff. Many new faces to deal with the increased business. Provide native speakers on staff to address the needs of Spanish-speaking patients. Very busy schedule means the waits are longer but friendly attention makes them bearable.

I have always had a more than average positive experience interacting with all staff members and ophthalmologists at all of their offices. I have never heard or seen anything but professional communication and genuine concern for their clients. Even when I have had to cancel on somewhat short notice and when I was sick with the flu they were understanding and ready to reschedule immediately. I have been pleasantly surprised and grateful for their patience. Their offices are often very busy but they seem to be well experienced and know how to handle all situations that arise. They are a 5 star Arizona business.

Everything about my visit was awesome from the time we walked in. The girls at the front were helpful and very friendly. Doctor Chue was amazing, he took his time and answered all my questions. I have total confidence in him and his staff.

I was very disappointed I arrived way before my 10 o’clock appointment and wasn’t called till almost 10: 45 I asked the receptionist and she wasn’t very helpful but hateful in answering me back people like that shouldn’t be were you are invoke with people
