The assistants are super friendly. I didn't have to wait long and the receptionists were very efficient. I was very satisfied with the doctor and his professionalism.

Though it was a long wait (3 hours from the time I got there until we left) and with a child no less, the doctor and staff was amazing with me and my child!

Staff is very nice and friendly, checked in waited less then 10 mins to be seen it was very well organized.

Dr Sato is the best, we have never been treated wrong or felt unwelcomed he really is the best especially when he's dealing with small children, our daughter has had her glasses since she was 2 years old

Been coming here for years with my nephew since he was 6 yr.old. He will be 17 next Jan… Dr. Sato is very nice & caring person. He has done one eye surgery on my nephew, which was a success His staff is awesome & always friendly.

Front desks does a great job, big respect to them because they have to deal with Karens on a daily basis, may God bless them.

They were really patient with my special needs autistic 3 year old son he loved it until they dilated his eyes as any kid would but overall as a parent I love this place.

Billing department don’t verify your insurance before appointment they do it after and then calling you that you have a balance due. How can it be possible for an eye insurance don’t covering a normal eye exam.

Dr. Sam Sato is the best. He has been my son's eye doctor for years. The ladies that work in his offices are very kind and helpful.

I love that staff communicated the timeframe of what the visit could take “expect up to 3 hours” and they remind you on confirmation calls and at check in. They are always busy, so it’s understandable. The staff is very friendly and my kids love them. We went to a morning appointment and we’re out within an hour though! And they have a small room in waiting room that plays kids movies and has a few small toys but should bring tablets and toys for the kids and some snacks just in case the visit takes longer

This was my daughters first eye visit the women in the front were so nice and helpful, the nurses were great also very informative every question I asked they answered without hesitation or attitude. The Dr.himself is sweet great with kids only thing I just wish he would've took some time to explain his results instead of rushing out so fast other than that little flaw this is such a great place with great people

Good front desk service quick and helpful. The nurses very nice and a plus because they spoke Spanish. I Liked there is a waiting room for children with a movie and bit toys as well while in the exam room its kid friendly. Just downer that it took a while for the dr to see us but it was a busy day.

I love going to Dr. SATO he has been my doctor since I was a baby and now I take my daughter to him. He is kind and wonderful. He is the best.

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. From secretary to nurse and doctor. They explained everything and cleared all my concerns. My kid usually afraid of doctors and he had a great time there. Fully recommended.
