We truly like the staff and Dr Imbornoni. Our daughter enjoys going to her appointments, the waiting room has activities and books to help keep the kids occupied. They are very up front about how long appts can take, but you aren’t treated as a number.

The wait is ridiculous more than 4 hours extremely over booked and everyone was rude, 4 hrs later for the dr could give me a expired prescription from 2 years ago apparently she forgot to type a prescription. Now i have to wait 48 hours for a call back.after I already had a appointment to get my daughters glasses at nationwide.

Dr. Lew is amazing. She was friendly and very thorough with her exam on our one year old. She made sure make us feel comfortable and took her time to answer any questions or concerns.
Overall the appointment was on time and completed in a timely manner. All the staff was truly Phenomenal. Had the best experience and this location!

The staff and the doctor are so kind and patient. I am very impressed by their level of empathy.

are a fine tuned machine. From the front desk to Dr Imbornoni's exam it went very smoothly. I walked out with results. It was excellent.

My grand daughter who is scared to go to the drs was very comfortable at this office she left happy.

Lengthy process however very well worth it the Dr was amazing and explained the process thoroughly to me I’m extremely happy with this office and strongly recommend them for their amazing staff and locations was very convenient

The wait time is ridiculous! I Can compare it to urgent care when you have a fever and sore throat and wait hours. Here today, 11 parties waiting and each adult/party with 1 -3 kids. Incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. Definitely making time for a new optometrist

Dr. Imbornoni is fantastic. She is attentive and will explain her process if you ask questions. Appointments will generally be 2+ hours so plan accordingly but that seems typical of ophthalmologist offices every where. Bring things to entertain your kids.

Every visit my daughter has with Dr. Imbornoni is great! She is so patient with her. She works so good with children, I highly recommend her. The only down side is the 2 to 3 hour wait times.

The customer service is good. I like the fact the they let you know how long this appointments take.

First visit. Seen quickly and professionally. Entire staff pleasant and helpful.
Office clean and quiet. Having read negative reviews I was leary however my experience did not reflect those experiences. I didn't even read a chapter in the book I brought.
Entire appointment was over in an hour.
Staff did alert me that next appointment will probably be longer because it's a pediatric day.

The staff is incredibly patient and sweet with my kid. I am impressed that the support staff and Dr Imbornoni take the time to answer all of my kid's questions, even the silly ones.

The wait is over 2 hours long. Not pediatric friendly. No equipment for pediatric patients. Way over booked, very slim hours available.

Amaizing! We were served with the upmost respond care. All their staff are professional and kind. They took time to help me and they bent over backwards to go an extra mile. They were so caring. My son was nearly blind and now he can see. His vision has improved drastically. We love their Ina office.

Arizona Eye Consultants always takes such great care of us. The front office staff is fantastic. The medical staff is great. And Dr. Imbrononi is amazing!

Great doctor and they did a great job with my toddler. The only thing is the wait is very long, even with an appointment.
