Optometrist Melissa Muller offers knowledge, attention, patience, and insightful care. I appreciated her manner, but mostly her wonderful and detailed consideration and care. Fantastic! As always, desk personnel and medical staff serve with cheer and efficiency, qualities made more valuable because their work is informed and highly competent. Excellent.

Absolutely outstanding. I was able to get appointment the next day after calling. I was taken in on time. All staff I encountered were polite and professional and let me know exactly what step would be next. They handled my issue all in the same day. Dr Jensen was personable and efficient. Dr. Kartchner is thorough, personable and easy to talk to. The entire team are pleasant, professional and efficient. I always enjoy my appointments and appreciate everyone from the moment I walk in. Everyone is so pleasant; from the front reception desk to the back office!

My wait was reasonable. My doctor, Dr. Jensen, was very thorough and explained the exam and finds to me very well.

Excelant service. My wait time was less then 5mini, everyone is very knowledgable in what they are instructed to to do every tecknicion very friendly and made me feel very important about my care.

Dr. Kartchner had several tests done on my eyes and then performed several exams on my eyes. He ordered several follow up tests. I believe that we will finally get to the bottom of this and determine why my left eye has lost vision in the lower half.

The staff appeared efficient in their area of service. The glaucoma specialist excellent with encouraging motivation!

I met Dr. Jensen for the first time and he was so pleasant and professional. He is going to contact my neurologist and work together when all lab results and brain scans are completed. He made me feel confident and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and efficient.

Dr. Muller at Arizona eye consultants is very thorough, and gave me lots of helpful things to try to ease my dry eye caused by my autoimmune disease. She keeps my eyes healthy and happy. The staff there is excellent as well. Very thorough and I like the reminders when I’m due for my appointments.

This was my first visit and it was awesome! Wait time on the phone to make an appointment was not bad and I was able to make appointments for myself and my husband within a week. At the appointment everything was organized, friendly and professional. At no time did we feel rushed. AZ Eye Consultants is a great find.
