Arizona Financial Credit Union reviews
5Awesome customer service! Highly recommend for great experience with knowledgeable associates that go above and beyond to care for the needs of the clients.
I particularly like the positive attitudes and attention to detail. Amanda has went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure my parents are informed of their portfolio's performance.
It's refreshing to find a place that makes us feel special as a regular customer!
Amanda, Had amazing customer service! Guilded me through everything I needed to know.
I recently opened a debit/credit card account with Arizona Financial, and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service. The quality of their service is nothing short of fantastic, and I'm thrilled to continue banking with them. The members of their team are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and respectful. They've made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Arizona Financial for all your banking needs.
I just moved to the area and haven't found a bank yet but when I am ready to open an account it won't be here. I needed a roll of quarters so I stopped by. First, I was the only one there, no one in line and no one at the teller but she made me wait five minutes while she was doing something. I asked to buy a roll of quarters and she asked if I had an account, I said no and she said sorry then no. I was surprised. I understand, they have the right to say no but it seems so petty. I roll of quarters to a bank has to be about the least amount of effort possible, they're a bank for Christ sake. But no, and she wasn't even nice about it, no "sorry we can't" just a curt no. I'm new here and over all the people seem nice, but not here. This won't be my bank.
