The ladies there are FANTASTIC. They were super supportive, encouraging, and experts at helping me select flowers and then teaching me how to arrange them into a PHENOMENAL bouquet that my wife ABSOLUTELY loved! Well worth the drive from Surprise.

My fiance called the week after Thanksgiving because our friend got her wedding flowers from there. The woman on the phone told her to come down and look to see what she likes. She met with a girl who stopped her work to show my fiance the cold area where the flowers are and got her a price list. The woman helped her with exact names so we would know exactly what to order. My fiance came in today to place our order and I guess the woman who helped us isnt there. My fiance went back to look at some supplies and came back up to order. She stood there looking around for help and someone told her to go order at the other side? She went to the "other side" and they told her they couldnt place her order because she didnt have an account and she needed to go back to where she was? Frustrated, my bride walked out. Not sure what is going on at this place. You had our business with good customer service, now you dont.

230pm on a Friday, Came here for the 1st time. Noticed many employees and half of them wearing masks even though their sign asks customers to wear a mask. Noone said hello or anything in the 15 minutes I was there. Noome acknowledged my mother or daughter either. I was there to buy supplies and trying to find a new business to do business with. It felt like they did not want us there. We left and didn't spend a penny. I was so excited before I got there. What a disappointment. I went to Stem swag afterwards and what a wonderful place- great customer service!

Very disappointed, messy and disorganized, empty shelves, staff unfriendly, unwelcoming, stock was low. Advertising is deceiving.

Horrible experience! It’s my moms birthday, so I wanted to buy some flowers for her and some chocolates. Walked in to this store for the first time. Must say it’s very confusing setup. I didn’t know do I help my self, do sales representative help you, I have no idea. So I start walking around to find flowers for my mom. I see sales representatives walking around, they are all In their own zone not approaching me to help me at all. So I select the flowers, and selected clear glass vase. Approached the register, she tells me that vase is small for the flowers you selected. I tell her nobody is helping me and could she please help me find better one, she agreed. Once we walked back to the register I asked if they have chocolate, and she replied just the ones at the register. Red box, one brand, one style, that’s all.very disappointing! But I didn't have time to go somewhere else to get chocolates so I just picked the one and only they have. At this time she can’t find the price for chocolates, took her 5min to figure it out. After scanning my flowers, and clear glass vase, total around $80!? !? !? Kind of pricey I say, she replied you selected special flowers sir! Ok, I was ok with this. I gave her my amex. She swiped, and gave me the card back. While she is mumbling to her self for about 5min, she asked for my card again, she swiped again, mumbled again For 5min, and apologized and asked for my card again. At this time I’m at the register for 15min. I told her, I’m sorry but let’s do this some other time. Returned the flowers, and glass vase to their spot and walked out. These employees have no customer service, they are not helpful! Sad part is they have more sales associates then customers inside and still they have no idea what they are doing. Not coming back!

Love this place. I decided to make my own bouquets for my wedding. Ordered the flowers 3 weeks in advance. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. And great price and quality and QUANTITY.
I will definitely come back.

Came here for our wedding back in '15, came today for a little surprise for the wife. Never disappointed with the prices or variety of flowers they offer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - their quality, their customer service = AMAZING! I love that they understand, that not everything happens from 9-5 Mon - Fri. I love that they are open early, late and on weekends!

My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday and the wrong ones delivered to me. Then was told they would replace it with 2 dozen red roses and now they will not do that. It just runied my special day.

This is the best place to buy flowers! I've been coming here for 2 months the Friday specials are worth the drive, they have an amazing selection and if you need a vase ribbon and s card or balloon you can get all that here. The flowers are the freshest you can buy mine always last 2 weeks! Everyone greets you, you can get help with arrangement also don't go to your local supermarket come here it's worth the deture off the freeway!

You guys always seem to amaze me your flowers are always fresh we come every year for memorial weekend to get my dad a flag and flowers for his grave and my hubby always gets me flowers for occasions. I love the facebook freebies!

This place is amazing. Lots of vases and flowers to chose from. My kids love coming here just to go into the big freezer. Prices are great plus you get to personalize your flowers for someone special. They also give back to the community and have events for everyone to come out. My kids love going to the Halloween event, they get to color pumpkins and take pictures with super hero's and princesses.

They are amazing there and super helpful! I went in looking for flowers for my friends and had no idea what I was looking for and what all I needed. They helped me looked for the perfect flowers to make for centerpieces and bouquets. Everything came out beautiful and the flowers even lasted! I’ll higjly recommend them to a friend or family!
