Erika Miller did an awesome job on my color and haircut. She is always happy and fun. She lessons and dose her best to accomplish What her client Want done to their hair. I will be back and tell my family and friends about her and the friendly stuff at Arizona hair Co.

I went here to get a haircut and I also brought my mom with me and BOTH of our hair came out UNEVEN! And the same thing happened when I brought my boys to get their hair cut. I definitely will NOT be going back here again! It seems like they have extremely inexperienced stylists here!

Very friendly staff barely waited too be seen.showed and told the stylist how much I wanted removed and the stylist took off way too much and cut my hair really uneven months of growing my hair and I just needed it trimed and she messed up my hair.never again we’ll i go here

Today I took my 3 year old son in to get a hair cut. He's been getting haircuts since he was 7 months old. Never, not once, has he ever cried from a buzzer or from a stylist. I've never seen this woman before at this location. Admittedly, we have had some bad hair styles at this location, but we've never complained and always continue to come back here because of the amazing customer service we always receive. Don't get me wrong, I still love this location and all its stylists! Except the one today. When she came over to bring us back to a chair, she looked annoyed before even seeing my son. My son is very ticklish, buzzers cause him to cringe a little and he continually says "It tickles me! " While giggling, but he is in no way difficult. And I've never received any kind of discouraging comment from a stylist that said she couldn't cut his hair because of this, except for her. This woman, either couldn't care less about her actual job or is just flat out inexperienced with children, and should state so. She repeated stopped cutting, gave an annoyed sigh and said I can't cut his hair. After I offered to help hold my son in place, she said even you holding him isn't going to do anything. And continued to grab him aggressively. My son eventually began screaming and crying saying it hurts. I mentioned several times "it's okay we'll leave after this" to her, she kept cutting hold my son as he was screaming. After she buzzed his head completely, which isn't what I wanted and why I wanted her to stop, she said "goodbye. " The haircut was not complete, there is a huge chunk by his temple shorter than the rest of his hair, and longer chunks all throughout his hair. And she walked out, I've never felt unwelcome at this place by anyone prior, and have always had good experiences. We paid and I still tipped her 15%. Which I'm not sure why. Afterwards as I was in my car, I asked my son why he was crying and screaming, and he said it was because she was hurting him. I had to go home and take scissors to fix his hair on my own. Did his sideburns, tapered his neckline, and fixed the longer hair strands. I can't explain my frustrated with this new stylist who clearly doesn't give a flying f how she treats her clients, or a small child. If I return because as I said I still love everyone else at this location, I will never allow her near my son again. She should not be in an industry where she has is required to be around customers, because I guarantee she will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Charla was my stylist, and probably will be in the future. She's talented and friendly and gave me a haircut so much better than I had even expected! The entire staff here are fun and welcoming. 10/10 I will be back! Already have been with my wife.:)

People here are very friendly and I felt very welcomed. Lori Lynn welcomed me instantly when I came in, happy and just ultra friendly. I haven’t been to a hair salon in a long time but Lori instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed like I was family. I also have a sensitive scalp so I’m iffy on people touching my hair but she wasn’t too harsh at all. I will definitely come back here when I need a cut.

Sadly, Stylists that won't listen, PROTECT YOUR HAIR! I have been coming to this location for several years, but no longer, there is only one stylist in the entire Salon that listens to how you want your hair done, I can't count how many times, as a man, I have left this Salon saying I'm going to have to just wear a hat for the next two months, because they shaved the sides of my head again (multiple haircuts!) when I specifically requested multiple times to leave my hair the same length all over, so I can spike it. I'm sick of wearing hats from bad haircuts! I'm going to start going to Great Clips or Cost Cutters or anywhere else where I don't have to risk wearing a hat right after I get my haircut.

My family and I have been going to this salon for years and have never had a bad cut. The staff are absolutely friendly and treat you like family. Lorylynn and her crew are amazing!

I received a high end salon experience and the best color of my life from JOHNNY at this Gilbert and Baseline location. I won't go to anyone else from now on. He took the time and paid attention to every detail. He makes the experience fun and the time fly. Highly recommended!

We drive from San Tan valley to the Gilbert location because we love the staff there and always get a great cut. Lorylyn is amazing!

Well sadly both Mesa offices lost a loyal customer of 14 years. Went to one office today to be told they are booked 4 hours. Call the other office to be told come on in we are free. Get to the office and the friendly receptionist. And two stylist that were with customers greeted us and were friendly. Receptions talks to a stylist.who looks at us and says I don't have time they have a lot of hair then goes out side to sit on her phone.we will not be returning to a Arizona hair co. What happened to all the good stylist and customer service? You have gone down hill!

I have been coming here for haircuts etc.for the last 11 years. Lorylynn Cardinal is my stylist and I have NEVER been dissatisfied. The shop is always clean. The Ladies are always nice. I refer everyone to this location. Thanks for the GREAT service!

Wonderful when walked in. 2 stylist very welcoming. Receptionist very nice said she had a stylist give her a minute. Was impressed after bad experience at the other location. Then stylist comes up looks (annoyed) at me turns to receptionist and says to much hair I do not have time. Walks out with her phone rolling her eyes at me. Never again. Great start to my birthday. Thank you Heather from Famous Sam for make my day better. 3rd times a charm.
